The staff was terrible they were in the background fighting and you could share them they were clearly making a scene in front of the customers that were there and this is coming from staff very very poor experience

Price is to high for one.
Service and food quality is good to go.
Eat there when you have plenty to spend. You can do a sit-down for nearly same cost.

I think it’s overpriced for what it is. Pennstation up the road offers the same, but larger portions and variety.

The foods excellent! The staff whistled while they worked. It seemed to me none of the employees hated being there. The sandwich here is the regular Philly steak and cheese. The old school is good just not as good as the regular in my opinion.

Decent prices. The place was a little crowded when I got there but the staff was really friendly. Food was delicious and it definitely saved us from having to cook anything) I would definitely go back here.

Me and my family went through the drive thru and had an absolute horrible experience. The workers were very rude and got our order wrong multiple times. At one point a male worker came up to the window and practically yelled that they would have it out to us and slammed the window in my mom's face. We then called and asked for a manager so we can get the phone number for the regional and district managers, the first employee (who originally took our order) answered and said she would not give us the numbers and how she didn't care about this job and that it was just a "side hustle" and then told us that we would come back after they closed and we could fight. In the end we got our order and it's still not right and the fries were so burnt we couldn't eat it.

Handed my order to someone else while they opened all the food then tried to give me the same food without even trying to ask if I wanted new phone that is total disgusting!

Just OK. Overpriced. Not much sub flavor. Quick service. Fake Velveeta type cheese on loaded fries. First and last time visitors.

We got boneless wings and cheese sticks at the drive-thru. We waited 7-8 minutes for our order. Wings and sticks were good. Food and a drink were $13.50.

My husband and I went there a few weeks ago for the first time since they re-opened, and we were pleasantly surprised. The subs we ordered were really good, the employees were nice, and the dining area was clean. We'll go back!

Best cheesesteak sandwich EVER. I've been a dyed-in-the-wool Mr. Hero lover for years, then tried one of Charley's sandwiches and all I can say is "Wow! " Loaded with meat and whatever toppings you like. SO GLAD I tried it!

The subs, I feel, are the best in town. I also like their wing options. However their fries are bland, not crispy, and the loaded fries feel very fake to me. I like coming here for lunch at work, but usually skip the fries.

Good food, tv is nice in dining room. Restaurant tables and chairs were dirty, floor was sticky, trash on floor, ice cream machine was broken. Whole place need sanitized.

The food was so good and customer service was professional and very kind.
