Charleys Cheesesteaks, Lancaster OH

Usually great food and service, I went through today and the drive thru worker was nice but she handed me my bag so the sandwich was basically vertical, i sat the box down flat hoping that my sandwich wasn’t too messed up and when i got home and opened the box the toppings were half off the sandwich so i had to basically reassemble the sandwich. Super messy and frustrating, i asked for extra ranch and there was ranch on each side of the bread.

This is the third time in a short time that we have ordered from this restaurant and not recieved our food. The app says call the store, the store says there is nothing they can do about it. At this point I am out $20-30 worth of product and when I complain I don’t get any response from the store or through the app.

Meals here used to be worth the price, now they aren't. I ordered online for the convenience of promptness, with that being said, fries were cold (obviously not fresh), all three Philly chicken subs were dry to the point that I choked on mine (even after requesting x2 extra teriyaki), my children's chicken tenders were dark brown and rock solid. The workers weren't rude, but definitely not courteous. Dine in closes at 4 P. M. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you can eat inside so you can take your food back to have it fixed.

The foods okay but be ready to wait atleast 20 minutes even if they aren't busy. If you've got a half hour lunch forget it. Has always been a friendly experience but goodness are they slow. I ended up having to leave and Go back to work.

Delicious fresh made cheesesteaks and fries. We waited in line over a half hour before our order was even taken! Then after almost an hour wait total we leave with our bag.get a few blocks away and realize they forgot one of our two sandwiches we ordered (only ordered two large fries as well) so back to the store we go. Stood at the corner for about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, they immediately were like.oh where is that sandwich.apparently it was given away so another wait to make a fresh one. It was absolutely delicious, I will say that, albeit I was starving at this point and now a good hour and 45 minutes into my Charley's experience.

I specifically asked for no freaking pickles and it was on THE RECEIPT and THEY STILL GAVE ME PICKLES! I am very disappointed and wil not be coming back.

Excellent as always. Food is always made fresh. Staff is very friendly. I was asked by two different staff members if everything was good and if there is anything they can get me. Management should be proud of those staff and you can see the consistency across staff which shows good training and good work ethic as well as good customer service skills. I witnessed surfaces being cleaned/sanitized after each use including tables, chairs, drink station, counters etc. Great job all.

This is my first time eating here. Sandwich is very good. I didn't realize that the fries with my combo were underneath the sandwich. So I went back in to get my fries. I owe you the price of a small fry.but on lunch from work and don't have time to return today.

This place has some good good food! The associate that took my order was great. His name was Tyler.

Dirty stuff spilled every where bread was super hard and bacon nasty a friend was with me got wings two 6 inch subs chicken and bacon cheddar fries and mozz sticks she was only charged a dollar Xtra for bacon and cheese on fries and roughly was around 20 for her meal with her discount I got a 12 inch sub chicken bacon and cheddar bacon fries and mozz sticks and it was 35 dollars I called about it someone was supposed to call back and never did

This establishment was exclusively operated as a drive-thru venue on 8/2/23 around 12: 30 PM.

During my presence before the entrance, I observed the staff briefly casting glances in my direction before averted gazes became apparent. Evidently, it became evident to me that their indoor operations had ceased for the day.

Regrettably, the absence of an inclination to engage with patrons at the entrance led me to infer a lack of interest in our patronage. A courteous explanation of their operational status at the entrance would have been a more respectable approach.

My little boy and I ate there for under $20. I about had a heart attack. But at least we left with both arms and legs and didn't cost us one to eat there

We love Charlie's subs. The food is predictably good. They are very consistent in their menu items and there aren't surprises like you might have with sit down restaurants. They do not skimp on the options. The sandwich is normally balanced so all the meat is not in one place, like often happens. We normally go through the drive through which is pretty quick. Inside it is cold and has less atmosphere than McD. We will go inside, just not often. It is always clean and well kept. I would say the price is a little higher than average subs. But it's well worth it. Since my hubby and I split a large we would rather have really good food, than tons of food.

Disappointed in Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Good amount of meat but not much cheese and hardly any onions or peppers.

Food was good. Wish they would cut their green peppers smaller and Sautee the veggies a little longer, but all in all, the sandwich was really good. LEMONADE was fantastic! However the man taking our order was rude while we were ordering, then my sisters sandwich came out wrong when she told the staff that brought out the sandwich they looked at her put the sandwich down and walked away. She double checked the receipt to verify that the order was rang in correctly, it was. So she took the sandwich up to the table and explained what was going on. Again, the man that took our order was standing beside the lady talking to my sister he rolled his eyes and was mumbling something. Customer service is sometimes the most important part of a meal, be more aware of how your treating your customers. I was watching as he took other orders and he continued to be like this with several customers (sighing under his breath, making faces, rolling his eyes) not cool

Staff were very pleasant and professional.
The restaurant was cleaned to perfection.
The food was delicious it came out fast hot and fresh.
I would stop by again

They made my son's day today. He wanted a purple milkshake. I sadly declined.

Food here is always fresh. Staff are friendly. Never been disappointed. Dining area is a little dark, and not very inviting, but the good food makes up for it!
