Charleys Philly Steaks, Dublin OH

Bland bread, frozen process steak processed sliced provolone with a huge amount of mayo. Bacon cheddar fries. Blah! Super salty liquid yellow cheese with over cooked bacon. For the price you pay, I'd rather have subway.

I ordered a veggie delight but got a meat filled sandwich.it ruined my dinner.as I am a pregnant woman craving for vegetarian food.meat is a disaster.

I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki with nothing on it. Also got a regular drink. The guy didn’t give me my drink so I had to wait to get that. Then when I asked to get a drink they didn’t want to give it to me. I got my sub and didn’t notice until I got in my car and left that it had onions on it and the bread was completely soggy.

Not this location. Customer service is horrible at least with me. Individuals behind me were treated great.

Wish they were still in Ontario Ohio! Philly cheese steak and fresh squeezed lemonade super yummy!

I ordered delivery through GrubHub from the Charleys located at: 5043 Tuttle Crossing Blvd Ste 178 Dublin, OH 43016. After being a Grubhub customer for years I have to say that this is by far the worst experience I have EVER had with a restaurant. I ordered the chicken Philly combo with cheese fries and root beer. I can't eat beef so a chicken Philly sandwich would have been perfect. They charge a $4.99 delivery fee and on top of that I made sure to throw in a 20% tip for the driver. Altogether with taxes and everything I paid $10.88 because of a discount and that was not a bad price. The driver left my order on the floor inside my front door because my brother opened the door and then had to immediately get the dog away from the door so my brother left the door open. I picked up the order and the driver was already walking away.

I checked the bag and realized the order was wrong and tried to run after the driver and he was already gone. So I immediately called the driver to tell him he gave me someone else's order. It was cold fries (no cheese) a beef sandwich and a strawberry lemonade. The driver told me I had to call the restaurant and there was nothing he could do about it. When I called the restaurant to explain the situation they claimed they gave the driver the right order and that I had to call the driver back. I HAD TO call the driver back and figure out the issue with the driver? !? At this point I was very frustrated, hungry and confused why this was my problem that I had to figure out with the driver and not an issue between the driver and the restaurant. I called the driver back and he insisted that he didn't have my order that this was an issue between myself and the restaurant and that he delivered what they gave him. I would never, ever order from this circus again and I suggest that if anyone wants to keep their sanity and does not want to waste their money on terrible food that you not order here either.

Charley's is *THE* only place to get an authentic Philly Cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia! It's a taste of home, and I love it.

Excellent cheesesteak sandwich. Always consistently really good. Great fries as well - nice and crispy skin on.

Tried the chicken version last few times - very good options.

Very fast friendly and polite staff sandwich was excellent definitely will be revisiting this place again in the near future hands down one of the best sub joints in town

The Mexican owners/operators were very rude to my wife and daughter. Practically threw their food at them because the order taker messed up the order then got mad because we tried to tell them so.

This restaurant MAIN CHEFS he is nasty, I saw him lot of time he used restroom and he just comeback RESTAURANT and he MAKE FOOD he can’t WASH HIS HAND. And all employee used phone they can’t wash hand. Restaurant rules working time you can’t used phone.

Wouldn't let employees submit their 2 week resignation. Thought they were joking. Calls on off days demanding you come in. Was berated not coming in on the day we were paying rent. Racist employees.
