Their staff was very friendly but the food was just so so at best. To top it off their pricing is really high compared to other similar places I've been to. Dont think I'd ever return.

I'm from Philly and this is the only place that has come a close 2nd to home! Good cheesesteaks and the staff is friendly

It took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. When I got it it was wrong. So I sent it back. They then brought me the same sandwich with the stuff scraped off.

We Love Charley's! Everytime we go to chillicothe, we have to stop there. The cheesesteaks are huge! I always get a deluxe! And they have loaded cheese fries!

Good was Amazing, but the drive through was a bit slow. Small complaint, but seriously delicious Philly cheese steak. Definitely recommend!

And this is not ONLY ME COMPLAINING, but as well as another employee that has quit there, too.

Chris had called him an idiot because this employee forgot to put buffalo sauce on an sandwich. On the managers perspective, he KNOWS he should’ve never done nothing like this. OK! Employee gets mad, cusses Chris out quits. I’m just saying that if a manager pushes you to QUIT there’s something wrong there! It takes 1 minute to literally make a sandwich and for a manager to call an employee and idiot if it’s that big of a deal make it yourself!
Geesh. Very unprofessional.
I find it very upsetting that cooperate and the general manager didn’t do a thing about it, VERY upsetting they probably didn’t even have a talk with this manager. Thank you.

My boyfriend had already left a review on here once, not a good one either. I’m very disappointed throughout the years Charley’s has been my go to- ever since they turned the building into cooperate it’s been a mess! So here’s what happened, this was about a week or so ago;
We decide to get on a special date for our 1 year anniversary and I’ve always loved Charley’s steak subs. So I talk Michael into going there. We pull into the parking lot and smell weed? ! Straight weed! Couldn’t see where it was coming from. Then when we get inside it took workers 5 minutes to get our orders in. And they all looked not an age below20! They looked like just teenagers were running the restaurant. I couldn’t see no manager.so my guess that they were the ones smoking weed OR they’re using the bathrooms.very disappointed. As Michael said on his review, we ordered 2 Philly Steaks and fries and two regular lemonades.we found a booth next to the tv by the bathrooms to keep us occupied. 5 minutes pass.no food. Usually it takes no less then 5 minutes to have our food ready.so another 5 minutes pass and still no food! And no manager in sight! I almost went up there but they called out our order number. We sat and ate and at this point I know nobody’s in the bathroom and managers usually check on customers, welp not this one! Me & Michael were in there for about 30 minutes eating and enjoying ourselves then I finally spot a manager. He walks past us to the bathroom and smells like weed! I’m WITH customer service ALL the way, considering I’m an insurance director. I talk to 100+ people on the phone everyday! And I would never get high while on the clock! It seems as if the managers can do whatever they like, but when it comes to the regular workers they got limited opportunities. But at least they don’t get high on the job!
And NO I don’t want to be offered free food or nothing! I just want other people to see how poorly customer service was this day! Almost ruined our 1 year, Rant OVER!
And I hope cooperation sees this! I’m going to Facebook next to post a review.

Someone needs to train the drive up staff on taking orders. We came through on Saturday about 6 PM it was raining very hard. When I got to the speaker after a 15 min.wait the girl said she would right with me. I can't put my window all the way up because I wouldn't know when she was ready to take my order so. I waited and waited while getting soaked the whole time. I honked the horn a few times because I thought she forgot about me. The order was taken, now we are approaching the 25 min.in line mark. I get to the pick up window and waited another 10 min after I paid for the food. If they would take the orders as the cars pulled up I bet the wait time would be cut in half at least! I know it is not fast food but, come on I could have food at Red Lobster quicker than that. The girl working the window had no personality and no remorse for making people wait forever. It's a very easy fix.

Rude staff, waited to long for my regular size phillysteaks.when I first walked in they didn’t greet. As usual, took somebody 5 minutes to get my order, and the wait was 10 minutes and wasn’t even busy! They do nothing with. A smile on their face, as if they hate life when their at work. If you don’t like customers complaining, don’t give them a reason to complain! Rant over, thank you. Btw, this was about a week or so Ago! If you order from them, go thru drive thru. At least you can enjoy yourself and food in your own car.

It was a pretty gross experience. The dining area was dirty, including the table tops. We had to clean off one to be able to sit and the place wasn't that busy. The other tables were dirty as well. Was there about 20 minutes and no employees came out to clean the dining area in that time span. The chicken we both ordered had pieces of small bones in them as well but we didn't bother telling the staff because, let's face it, if they don't care to clean why would they care about shards of bone. Will never step foot in it again.

Wasn't very busy a few people to be waited on a couple cars in the drive thru, placed our order then waited for the order to be freshly cooked like "Penn station" which takes a bit longer than the traditional fast food already cooked. Upon waiting for several minutes the cook tells the manager that one of the other employees had taken our order to drive thru and needed to be brought back, when he went to check our order was already gone so had to wait for the order to be made again my wife had to ask for drinks just to keep us from canceling the order and going somewhere else, the manager brought the order out apologized and gave a card for a free sandwich for our patients, getting back into the car checked the order and was wrong again, made wrong and without the sides that had been ordered, could have been just a bad night or training or the employees really didn't care like the blonde that looked very unhappy to be there whichever would try again and make the final decision. Eat on. Returned today to redeem the card the manager gave us the night before and give them a second chance, upon entering the staff was warm greeting with smiles even, told the order taker what happened the night before and she asked who the manager was pointed at the manager on duty at that time and she asked if he knew anything about the issue from the night before, Travis I believe was his name took over and said he would handle it. Remembered most of the order asked a couple of questions then personally made our order for us which he brought out in record time completely turning our bad experience into a good one, will definitely be back after service like that, thanks to the Charlie's manager.

The staff was very nice and patient when we ordered. When we got our food the sandwiches were very good but I will pass next time on the loaded fries. Fake cheese and too salty. Overall the place was clean. The bathrooms were clean. So 4 stars.

Charleys has always been good but like alot of fast food places prices are getting high, seems that they get you on extras and drinks which clearly if you don't order it, you dont have to pay for it either, but still, drinks shouldn't be as high as they are and this is becoming an all around thing not just here, if you want to save money order smaller or less, other than that charleys has always had good service nice seating comfortable atmosphere

The staff was very rude. Tried to call my order in and they said they were to busy to answer the phone! When I asked for condiments that I had already asked for when I ordered my food they acted like it was an inconvenience

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is good with lots of options, but overpriced for the amount of meat you get on your sandwich.

Food is s great. Each order is ALWAYS prepared fresh. By far the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Come try it out.
