Charlie's, Maumee OH

1/2 breakfast till 10am; service to be seated is a bit slow, but very active once you have been seated constant coffee refills.

Big portions, good price. My favorite was the Greek salad very good and flavorful. The gyro meat tasted great but cut too thick on most pieces. Everything else was definitely lacking any flavor such as the tatziki sauce and spinakopita. They need a deep cleaning too at this restaurant. I probably would eat here again.

It's definitely a unique menu including loaded Greek salads, Coney island hotdogs and even Mediterranean plates. Tasty food!

They were super busy today, but we fot right in after a very short wait to sit, and service and food were great as well.

Great place! Lots of food items to select from! Diner with surprisingly a full bar. Deserts look delicious!

This is the only place I've found in ohio that has good coneys. Also, the tommyboy is delicious.

Service was quick and exceptional and accommodating. Charlie Mac is very good like home every one of us 5 enjoyed it.

My server recommended the double-cheeseburger and it did not disappoint! One of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had in a long time.

1st time on this restaurant, really really good, the customer service is great, highly recommended

We have eaten here before and it was wonderful. This time quality had seemed to lag. I had a vegetable wrap, and I could not even taste the hummus. There were too many onions. We had ordered a hummus appetizer, and the hummus was very watery. I have never had hummus this thin. It also seemed to have no flavor, as if there was nothing added as far as spices, etc.

We were just passing through Maumee and Googled breakfast restaurants and decided on this one. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good choice. One of us had the eggs Benedict and the English muffin couldn't be cut with a knife. The other person in our party requested scrambled eggs soft (which they weren't), with American cheese (came with cheddar cheese-unacceptable, bacon crisp (not) and toast dark (barely toasted). Our server apparently was also the hostess because while trying to serve us, she was greeting incoming customers. Won't return.

Classic diner and Mediterranean fare in a warm environment. The bar, although limited, was a fantastic surprise.

The last two times we went to Charlie’s, the service was horrible. The first time our server was no where to be found, didn’t come back with more coffee or bring our bill. The second time we didn’t receive any silverware, a guy from the kitchen had to bring it to us. Then another server brought jelly for our toast and our server finally came around 10 minutes after we were done eating with our bill. I’m very saddened by this because I loved going to this restaurant and the food is good, but I won’t be going back for awhile.

Best salad around! Fresh greens, chicken, cranberries, walnuts, grapes, crispy bacon, and cucumbers. And don't forget the warm pita bread & Poppyseed dressing!

Charlie's is a hidden gem. The service is great, but the prices can't be beat! The variety of dishes on the menu guarantees that everybody in your group can find something they like. Food has always come out fast and hot. Just be advised the bar is not open on Sundays.

Usually great, the last few times we have been there the service was aweful.today was the last straw.we waited over 20 minutes to be seated.our party as well as the 3 behind us left.never again.

Not going for drive through again as waitress has a poor attitude & forgot tsaziki item to dress the salad, which I was charged for. Was a 40 year customer, but extremely disappointed in the current service! Thinking twice abouty loyalty to this restaurant.
