Some of the worst service I have ever had. Shop took 3 weeks longer than what was promised when it was scheduled. Wouldn't return phone calls and very hard to get ahold of. Seems to be no communication within the company. Didn't even offer a discount or a hat. Will not go back would not recommend.

Pressure free zone.it was a lot of fun and I couldn't ask for a better experience my sales guy was John I highly recommend him.

I worked with Jeremy and we agreed on price for a brand new Jeep Wrangler. He hit my credit card for $2000 for a deposit. Made an appointment to pick up the Jeep the next day. When my wife and I got there with a cashier check for the balance Jeremy and supervisor told us they could not complete the deal because Chrysler would not let me title in the USVI. So I wasted a trip all the way to Maumee. 2 months later the $2000 had still not been returned! I called I get the runaround.from some supervisor Barb. Finally 6 days later I got my refund. Charlie’s Dodge tried to steal $2000 from me!

Jonathan answered all of our questions. Showed us all our options. Helped us stay in our budget. Not pushy. Excellent experience!

Do not recommend. They band-aid up the trucks just to get them out the lot. 6 months later you'll need to put in half of what you paid for. Not very happy.

I have been getting my vehicles here for a long time now and mark is amazing. He answered every question I asked, he is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend charlies dodge and Mark Mcgee to anyone!

This is the fifth time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Charlie’s Dodge. My experiences have been pleasant. I use the same salesman and I’m treated first class. I do appreciate the treatment and the service.

I have been going to Charlie's Dodge for about 20 years and I have always got great service and prices even when I bought a new car or truck. The service dept.is very well managed and always do there best to take care of anything that needs to be done

Hiring plane advertising during the marathon displayed a complete lack of courtesy for the people that live in the area and are part of your community. The loud planes flew over homes at 7am on a Sunday. The weather is nice and people were able to sleep with their windows open for the first time this year only to be awaken by your advertising. Those runners did not need to be inundated by your marketing and we did not either. Please be more respectful to your community.
