This is a terrible bank they take your money and don't give you access to the account.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE WITH JP MORGAN, THIS BANK, I WENT INTO TO GET HELP AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ZERO HELP AT ALL WASTE OF TIME. THEY DEPOSITED A CHECK AGAIN AFTER I ALREADY DEPOSITED INTO ACCOUNT THAN HAPPEN TO GET CLOSED ON ME WENT INTO GET HELP THEY MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT THAN IT EVER SHOULDVE BEEN NOW ITS OVER A MONTH. THEY GAVE UP ON HELPING ME AN SAID HES DONE DEALING WITH THIS CASE AN DIRECTED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE AFTER A MONTH OF HIM SUPPOSE TO BE HELPING ME! Flat out disrespectful! STILL NO MONEY! THEYRE CLUELESS AN NEED TO DO THERE JOB BETTER FLAT OUT WOULD NEVER RUN A BUSINESS/COMPANY WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES!

August 2, I visited the branch on Secor, and was advised by a manager that a particular segment of my credit card statement could not be copied. Bank Teller (Mackenzie Reyes) overheard my conversation and stated she knew a was to satisfy my request. Kudos to Mackenzie for excellent customer service!

Tellers are friendly for the most part. Problem is withholding funds from a check. Told me a 2 week hold on a check despite the account the check is from having 200 times the amount of the check. Cashing a new check funds are only given if you have the money in your own account and typically not available for about 3 days or in my case 2 weeks. Disappointed how banks conduct themselves.

This branch in west gate franklin mall in toledo oh. They have very poor service she told me there max of cashing a check is 2500 my check was 2600. She didn't let me cash it. I came other day same grill was there I gave a new check 2500 she took my ID and other card.she said she will do mix. I gave her my opinion about chase Bank I wasn't happy with there presses. She told I can't cash u r check won't let me after she say it's ok to cash it. I don't know how to translate her move but I think she won't do i.

I wish I can give 0 stars, in this branch, it's like they don't care for the customers and trying really hard to make any process harder for the customers. I just went in to deposit money using my driver's license which I usually do all the time at other locations, but today as I was closer to this branch, I tried to do that here, but she asked for my debit card, when I said I don't have that on me, she asked to give the account number as if I had to memorize that on top of my mind, I had to walk out disappointed with their services, totally ridiculous and ruined my day.

I'm Chase Private Client, I have a fair amount of money in the bank. But I can't get any from this bank, because the ATM is locked up. So I will use another ATM and let you reimburse me the fee instead. Crazy!

Layal Alnemeeh is very very aggressive, she also doesn’t listen well. Frustration is why I came in, Frustration is all she offered. Horrible FIRST TIME experience.

Horrible experience branch manager was very rude did not want to help with me with problem she did not have 1 other customer in the branch and she said she was booked and could not help me until Saturday

So I walked in with no appointment to open a business account. Sat in the lobby for 2 min was Nicely greater and told I would need an appointment. No big deal at this point we are at about 4 min. She then proceeded to go through her appointments for about 3 min. At around 10 min I was fed up told her she def did not seem like she wanted my business and I left. She was training to be the Sylvania branch manager. So long story short she could have very easily in that amount of time she wasted opened my account for me. Thanks for the great customer service! Don’t bother calling to make an appointment either. They don’t pick up their phones.

Noelele Brown the manager on duty today 3/24/2021 working at the Secor road Toledo location does not deserve to serve the public. I have been with Chase bank for over ten years and have never had a bad experience until I visited this branch today. She argued and made it clear she is the manager and did not help us with our problem, instead offer to have us withdrew our money and close our account. Poor customer service and no professionalism!

We just tried to move our checking and savings account to Chase because we have heard such great things about them and that they have a great online portal. We went through the process and I set up my account online. My wife and I then went in to make it a joint account. We walked in and they said that they couldn't see us and could only help us if we had an appointment. As it's a 30 minute drive and we have two kids we had hoped they would be a little more accommodating, but regardless we came back a week later when we had our appointment. We got everything set up after 30 minutes. Two weeks later I tried to move all of our money from our old bank. They immediately cancelled the transfer blocked our account and scheduled our account for closure. I immediately called customer service and they refused to tell me why this happened and after 45 minutes they eventually told me that the only way to get it unlocked is to go back into the branch. I then asked to be put through to the manager who told be the same thing and when I asked for some other way she rudely hung up on me. I then tried calling the branch and spoke to a nice young man who was in training and asked to talk to the manager because he couldn't help me, and he said that the manager was busy and would call me back. Well that never happened so I called back the next day and spoke to the same person who already verified our information and he said we would have to come in, but he would try to see if he could get it sorted out by calling customer service. We never heard back from him either. Everyone I talked to refused to tell me why this happened and was completely unwilling to give me an alternative to coming in when it's in the middle of a pandemic and we have two small children. I have been insulted and greatly frustrated with Chase and they have absolutely terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you have a choice go anywhere else. Chase isn't worth it.

I saw the bad reviews about this bank so I was a little reluctant to go. I went anyways and found that the bank was really clean. The employees were really smiling a lot. You can see the smiles even though they were wearing masks. They were really helpful to me even though I am not from the Toledo area. The bank teller was nice and friendly. The parking lot was set up nicely so in wasn’t clustered. Most if all, I don’t know how but even though it busy I was in and out in 5 minutes and that included the bank teller giving me direction to local restaurant. That’s not her job, but she did it anyway. Thank you so much for a very pleasant visit.

They don’t count the money properly, i counted the money thrice and still they said the total was hundred dollars short.
I cannot tolerate this unprofessional behavior and this is really not acceptable.

Wrost experience, I went to the branch to see the banker and the lady on front she told me to call customer service or wait for 2 weeks. Very rude behavior. I dont ever go over there again.
