Chase Bank, Oregon OH

We needed to do some unforeseen banking with Brittany at the Oregon branch. She knew exactly what to do. She was helpful, supportive and efficient. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome and important. She was protective of our finances and privacy. We appreciate the special care she took! Thank you!

Opened an account for my son and have had nothing but grief. Dont wear your work clothes to this bank unless you enjoy people looking down their noses at you.

Great experience. I needed a bank document printed out and some checks as well, and both ladies that helped me were so nice and efficient. The building was also very clean.

This branch is much different then the Toledo area branches. They are very professional and very personable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Scott H is the man you want to see for all of your account needs! Thanks Again guys!

Went to my bank and pulled CASH out to take a loan payment to chase.i forgot my ID today they would not take my cash because I had no ID.haha.if i took cash to your bank to pay on your loan wouldn't you just want the bank to take my money.why an ID for this? Lol! I thought it was a joke.but they really wouldn't take my money! Now thats a funny story!

No help at all. Pulling all of my money out asap. Been on the phone with them for hours being passed to 4 separate people and waiting on hold. After transferring money, they blocked my online access to my account and said that I have to verify the transaction before I can access my account and my money. So I call them and nobody can unlock my account. I even tried to call the direct bank who can do nothing for me. They said that they would have to call them if I came in and that not even they can get through. So disappointing.

This is probably the coolest bank. They made me switch from Navy Federal because the services they offer. Using Apple pay at the ATM is legit the best thing since sliced bread.

Loved Chase bank when I lived in Flint Michigan. I kept wishing they had one here. Now after 6years I closing my account and going back to Chase. The Employees and services were awesome!
