6What a piece of garbage this place is. Don’t waste your money on this place. Customer service almost nonexistent. They have people sitting over there doing nothing. The private client manager (Heather) should be fired.
I have never felt so disrespected by a professional in my life. He rolled his eyes and turned his computer away from me as he sighed. I was not included in many conversations about my own finances He was conducting over the phone. I do not recommend meeting with Nick Garrett.
We went there just for a notary that we had secured before. A female employee displaying obvious arrogance looked at our papers and said she could not help us for some obscure reason. Horrible customer service! Will never visit this branch again!
Excellent service! Always friendly and helpful! I took my son to open his first adult checking and savings accounts. They took their time explaining all the benefits and responsibilities and options. They stepped him through how a debit card worked and discussed how to build savings and even discussed credit.
We made an appointment and when we called we asked what we needed to bring to open the accounts so we were prepared when we got there. My son got a great education and exceptional service. Tonight when we stopped to use the ATM he mentioned how nice they are to him every time he visits.
I too feel appreciated at this branch and am glad they treat him respectfully.

Not for this specific place this review is for the whole company don’t go here they like to take money out of my account it seems like every week I get overdraft fees even when I don’t overspend so I highly don’t recommend this company to anyone so I changed my account to Huntington which is way better
Horrible service!
I went into branch to get notary. After 20 Min wait finally I walked out to go to a different bank. Horrible customer service "HEATHER". Under staffed banks. I'm planning to close my business accounts. Horrible communication, if you'd like to avoid headaches, something simple they make it complicated.
