Rewa the manager is amazing beautiful caring strong funny outgoing person that you could be around 24/7 and never be bored and my mobile home is so amazing we just recently moved in I’m in love with my new home I can’t wait to raise my family up here in this community it’s so nice and relaxing and peaceful truly blessed to be here and to know someone like Rewa I just love her!

Mark and I are enjoying are home we appreciate rewa for her kindness and her help getting us in to this home.

Rewa the property manager has been amazing, she's very personable. I had to bring my son with me to sign the lease and she gave him a toy to play with and got him a juice! She's also very funny. I love her energy! I am excited for my family's future here.

This is a lovely community. The people are are very kind.
I was in the process of moving to a different place and the home I was suppose to get fell trough. I remembered hearing about this place so i came to check it out. I talked to Rewa and explained my situation and I let her know me and my family only had a few days to find a home. Rewa said she will do what she can and run all the paperwork right away. She did. Rewa gave me the keys to my new home in 2 days. I was very worried for my kids, and rewa was very understanding and caring. Thank you Rewa, u are a blessing.

The property manager here is absolutely amazing! We have met with her 3 times in the last year and she has been so helpful each time! We just signed our lease with her! We are so excited to move in and find a sense of community in this park!

Friends of mine moved in to this location not to long ago. I went to visit them about 2 months ago and was amazed at how the trailer looked, the options available inside, the layout and the location. We were looking at moving into a single level, single home anyways cause my wife in the past year became wheel chair bound and our current 2 story apartment isn't adequate for her to move around. When I got her chair inside. She was able to move around, access a lot of things on her own and get into the bedrooms. They showed me their new place and I actually really liked the options. They told us new units were being moved in soon and to apply. We did and was approved.

We haven't moved in yet, but will be in the next week or so. Management worked with me through e-mails while my wife went in person to check out the units.

My friends said they love it there. It seems so quiet when ever we visit and I love being out in the country, but close enough to get to town within 15-20 min.

If what I have been hearing turns out to be true. I think we will end up loving it there.

We lived at Chateau Estates for 3 years in two different homes. We never had any issues, matter of fact we are planning on returning. Kind caring management, safe community.

The community is nice and quiet. It is tucked away but still close to amenities. Management is making a lot of new changes and the community is looking great. The community events are also a huge plus!

This is a good place my family feels safe here! Everyone is friendly! Management is amazing if there’s a problem she takes care of it! Maintenance is awesome! They really take care of you! They do fun events for the residents & family! We love it here! So glad we moved here!

I've been at Chateau estates for 3 years now it's a very friendly quiet place, management is always looking at ways to make it better with continued upgrades and cleanliness of the park she's always at hand when needed she adds fun entertainment for kids and adults with bingo night, Easter egg hunts, movie nights etc great family friendly place to live

I own my manufactured home in this park. The park is quiet country living. I have never had any problems. Management has made a lot of improvements. They have brought in brand new homes for lease or purchase. The park is also in Northwestern School District. A great place to call home.
