Come here all the time never had an issue till today.
You can ask do I have a disability and does the dog provide that service not WHAT MY DISABILITY IS. IM seeking a layer. This is unacceptable. Her behavior was unacceptable. Watch your video please.

We'll be back. Love the place very friendly atmosphere. Bill the new owner very friendly and loves to tell you the history of their property bill and his wife have done a great job. I think this will be our favorite place to go. Bill it was nice to meet you. See you soon.

Really enjoyed the experience at Chateau Winery. Their wine was nice and we enjoyed the tasting. Lots of options and the owner was very good about offering what wines we should try according to what wines we usually enjoy. He was exceptionally pleasant and we have every intention of stopping back in if we're ever driving past again.

Stopped by on my way to Illinois to stretch my legs and have lunch. So beautiful. The food was great and the owner was very accommodating. A must stop if you are near by Helana Ohio. They have music on some nights also. Lots of outdoor seating and a fireplace for night time warmth.

It was very nice good was great entertainment good and a very friendly staff. Will definitely go.back

First time visit. Really fun place. We were there on a Friday and had a great. The live music, food, wine and the gracious hosts made a great evening.

Were there with a bus group, owners went out of way to explain wines, give a back story and provide a light lunch.

Stayed on site in our RV as part of HH. Had a good dinner. We recommend the Maison Melange, the Strawberry-Rhubarb dessert wine, and the Sangria. A wonderful way to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday.

Great atmosphere. The staff was amazingly friendly and very accommodating. It is a great place to spend a casual evening.

After coming under new ownership a little over a year ago, I came to Château winery for a visit. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny afternoon. The grounds were in full bloom with beautiful spring flowers. They have a wonderful outdoor space with plenty of seating, yard games, and market lights for when it gets dark at night. There is a beautiful pond, and seating, both in the sun and in the shade.

They also offer seating indoors where they pour and serve their wine. They have a nice little merchandise area where they sell winery merchandise as well as items from local artists. They do have a small kitchen on site that serves small bites, such as charcuterie boards as well as daily specials.

The space is well equipped to host events, and they offer a variety of local musicians on weekends. There is ample parking, and the staff were all very kind and engaging.

As for the wine, they serve a variety of red and white, leaning more towards the sweet varietal. If you find yourself in the area, I would definitely recommend a visit. They are dog and kid friendly as well.

Stopped on my way home on 4/8/23 at 8pm. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken flatbread pizza and a glass of red. The wine was fine but the pizza was delivered to my table cold. No one came to check on me so I carried the cold pizza toward the front and was stopped by the owner. He apologized, took the pizza and returned with a hot, but microwaved, pizza. He explained that they had already shut off the oven, something about being closed from Sunday to Wednesday and needing to start the process early on Saturdays. OK, lesson learned. However, shouldn’t he have comped the pizza or brought another glass of wine in the house? Your apology was welcomed Bill, but the circumstances called for a more customer service approach.

My wife and I decided to get away! My surprise to her was to go to a winery! It was a make up gift to her from me!
Long story short, we were in California to visit my relatives and because I have limited motion I have a gummy or two. The night before we were to go to a winery there I decided to snack on gummies! Oh boy. I was no good for two days! Never heard the last of that! Lol
But to my great surprise the Chateau was open!

Great place, great people. The wine samples were fun, allowing us to try different varieties. Food was delicious and in perfect portions to go with the wine. Beautiful outdoor areas. Perfect place for us to celebrate our birthdays.

Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful place on the inside and outside. The Service is always good and the wine is very good as well

Stop by on our way back home to the east coast. Very friendly helpful staff and the white wine we drank was excellent (traminette - grapes grown on the vineyard), good food menu and they had music on the Saturday night we stopped by. A little gem in Helena, OH.
