2022 Change in management is a plus, but $50 rent increases each year is difficult for senior citizens to adjust for.

Been meaning to post this. I have been assisting my Grandma in finding a place to live. Went in and met with Kim to discuss options, office was a complete disaster, files and paperwork everywhere. She was very obnoxious and loud. So unprofessional.

Manager is a complete ding bat! Upper management needs to watch closely. She leaves all the time, NEVER answers the phone

The manager was very polite and helped my grandparents get into an amazing apartment! We HIGHLY recommend Kim and Chauncey Point!
