We really liked the ribs & will go back for them.
Dislike - VERY BAD lighting in parking area for pick up orders

Walked in early Friday afternoon. Hostess was rude. Followed her past tables empty of patrons yet full of trash. She tried to seat us at a table that had not yet been wiped off. Didn’t complain, just left! If that’s how they manage the dinning room, I don’t trust their kitchen habits. I’ll eat elsewhere.

Wait for a table wasn't too bad. Hostess was very nice. Then we get to our table.our waitress was very sweet but the food was gross. Sprite was flat. Ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until after we received our food. By time the app came out, it was cold. Everything was barely luke warm. Cheeseburger was luke warm, cheese barely melted. Mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they sat there for a long time. Broccoli casserole tasted like cold mush. Broccoli was undercooked and tasted gross. Salad was ok. Will not go back!

Service was good. Got the new chicken sandwich it was a little salty but it was good. The Wisconsin cheese bites were really good.

We ordered curbside pickup which went well, but they forgot our soup. I called back up and they said they'd issue me a gift card to replace it, which I never received. Won't be back.

Haven’t eaten here in a while. Have generally found it “ok” in the past. Today we showed up as a party of 4, on a Monday at 4 pm. Restaurant was nearly completely empty. Was told there was a 20 minute wait to be seated. The reply to my inquiry “Why? ” was “Its shift change! ” Say what? !? !

If you get a good server this place is 5 stars.however if you get a bad server it's zero stars. I love the food but the lack of consistency of service definitely leaves something to be desired. Salmon and chicken tenders are the best. I don't think I've had a bad meal here though.

Horrible service, mediocre food at best. Nothing beats having to wait 15 minutes to get your check back.

Great place to dine with your favorite person. Loving the baby back rips and Veggie Plate. I always start off with Spinach Dip

A family favorite! One of the best family restaurants on this side of town. Amazing food and service. Family friendly prices.

I don't give five-star ratings I don't think I ever have but I have to say that I've gone to this Cheddar's probably 10 or 15 times and it has been excellent every single time I can't say enough about this place it's one of my favorite restaurants if not my favorite

3rd time in a row that you wait 60 min to sit when there was a ton of empty seats. Then when seated, we had 3 other parties same size or bigger seated and served and left before we got food. Then asked for a manager to come talk and she never came. Had to get coats and hats to wear it was so cold. Finally its sad I must admit the food is good but very poorly managed. Aubrey our waitress was great, but stressed. I cancelled my food but others ate there cold food and was given a discount. Buy to me 60 min to wait then almost 2 hours b4 getting food and a manager that makes a waitress cry and never come talk to us and then even after refusing some of the food you just send the waitress? MANAGEMENT SUCKS. I can say the food is great when its hot, but they nees a new managing partner that can hire and train others to properly manage it or give it up.

My fiancée works at this Cheddar’s. It is so clean and very nice. Managers picked great staffing and not much of a wait ever!

Service was terrific. The croissants were delicious and hot. My sandwich was so big I took 1/2 home and ate it for dinner that night. The broccoli casserole was very tasty. Highly recommend!

The hostess was kind, my wait was short, the waitress was knowledgeable and polite and my food was great and the price was affordable, family oriented

Very slow service small table no leg room for 4 people when it looks like it would be good for 1 or 2 people. And took almost 15 minutes for 4 boxes

The slowest service ever. Came in to pick up an order and waited 30 minutes. Although the Girl was extremely nice and professional. I witnessed at least 4 other customers have issues with the bartenders. You guys to need to clean house and get some fresh people in the bar.

No bread. Ordered $2.99 cressants then make you pay for 2nd order. Someone got sick all over bathroom floor. Sat there whole time I was in there. Waitress was fine. Food was good. Didn't like where we were seated.

This was my first visit. Many of my friends have recommended Cheddar's. I had the country fried steak, mashed potatoes and cheddar broccoli bake. All were delicious! The waiter was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back
