Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Centerville OH

The restaurant wasn't very packed, but seating still took around 20min. I could tell they were understaffed but our food and drinks came out relatively on time despite everything. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and over all had a pretty good time.

I dined at Cheddar's with 3 friends tonight, and we each got something different but equally tantalizing to the taste buds. The decadent chocolate cake was very rich and delicious, and we ended up sharing two of them! I will definitely go there again to try some of the other things on their menu.

You will be charged for using the interactive menu tablet. My child played what seemed to be free games never asking to pay or accept a charge yet i was charged when my bill came and my waitress Densie was incredibly rude. This took away from the entire lunch experience and I will not be back

Very few options for food allergies. The waitress was rude and seemed quite annoyed that I had allergies. Even gave a snarky comment about dessert because of my allergies.

The ribs were not tasty. They needed more seasoning and sauce. The best think was the fries. Service was good.

We were very disappointed the chicken tenders are supposed to be juicy and pretty big one we got them they looked like some old KFC crunchy dry not good definitely will not be going back

This is our go to for after softball games with the family but tonight it was rough! Our drinks took about 30 minutes to come out and when they did they said the one I ordered was unavailable. I ordered something else and it took about 15 more minutes. It was after 8, so no dinner rush. My sister's steak was pink and she asked for medium. They took the already cut steak, microwaved it and brought it back. 2 out of 3 baked potatoes were cold and the chicken tenders were inedible. They blamed it on staff shortages and did discount our meals. Usually we just go with the flow because we understand things are tough right now but I don't think we will be back.

Great food at a great price. Carrie, our waitress was the best. The ribs we ordered were fall off the bone tender and the croissant rolls, there are no words to describe just how good they are. It had been a while since I had been here but definitely returning soon.

Went yesterday on a Sunday. The bill was $61? I gave the waitress $65.00. I never got change back, nor a receipt. I feel robbed. I only left a $3 tip since the waitress kept my money.

We went to the Cheddar’s in Centerville. Hostess got an attitude because we didn’t want to be sat in a corner by a door and asked for a different table. The restaurant had just opened so all of the tables were empty. Food came out cold. Server was friendly. When we asked why they got rid of their onion tower appetizer, the server said it was because they didn’t have enough staffing. I would have thought that would’ve been their number one appetizer.

Great food! Our family loves Cheddar’s. Apparently everyone else does too because the wait times are usually long. Fortunately when we came on Sunday we only had a 20 minute wait. Our server was excellent, always taking care of us making sure we enjoyed our food.

Love Cheddar's. The croissant you get before your meal is to die for. Never had a bad meal at Cheddar's. Have also never finished all my food in one sitting lol.

My friend and I went here for a girls’ night out. We love the New Orleans Pasta. The prices here are worth it no matter what you choose.

I always enjoy the atmosphere with the fish tank and the fan blades on the ceiling fan. The bread that you get before your meal is still so amazing! The bread was cold but the butter on it really hit the spot combined with the fluffiness of the bread. Mmmmm coconut shrimp was very delicious! My main meal was undesirable. Fish should be flakey not rubbery on the outside. Only the top of the fish was seasoned. The broccoli cheddar casserole was luke warm. The replacement was much better. My baked potato was luke warm as well. It seemed old as well. As I scraped the sides to mix everything together it wasn't scraping at all really. The outside of the potato wasn't hot either. Our server was great from start to finish. She was pretty busy but still took wonderful care of us. The pina colada that i had was different. Im so use to them being served like a strawberry daiquiri that when it came out on the rocks shocked me. It was good and strong. But not to strong. Maybe it was the time of day. Maybe they were short staffed. I don't know. But I do know that I have had better food from this location before. I want count them out of the places I like to go. Not yet. Any company can have a bad day just like any place else.

First just want to say I love cheddar’s. But tonight I was very disappointed in the customer service. I usually never write reviews or call to complain. But I just got soup and a salad. I drove out of my way because their soup is my favorite. But my salad was all bad lettuce. So I called to see what they could do. They told me nothing. Never said sorry or anything. I understand everyone is having a hard time in this world. But I work in customer service and I would never treat someone like I was treated tonight. Just disappointed how I was treated over something I just wanted for dinner.
