Amazing customer service. We worked with Brandon to purchase a car. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was also patient with me when he knew I was shopping around. Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

I really enjoy bringing my vehicle in for service here. They treat you so respectfully, it is just a pleasure to go there. I also like the fact that it seems I always work with the same advisor (David) or if that is just accidental. They never push anything on you, just tell you what they think you need. Today, I had a situation, where a lady comes to drive my mother to appointments etc, I went out to warm the vehicle and checked the vehicle information button. The tires were low enough to worry me. I sent a email and left a message asking if it would be ok if I sent them in? I didn't know what else to do. Within minutes, I received an email and a phone call to send them in. This saved my day and gave me a great sense of relief. Thank you, Chesrown!

Very pleasant buying experience. Nathan met us at the door, rounded up every truck we wanted to drive, took our old truck to be appraised for a trade and got us through the whole process. Granted I was in a buying mood, along with my wife, and we had shopped in advance so all of that sped the process up, but it still took a few hours to get through everything. Everyone we met at this dealership was helpful, friendly, and authentic. This was like making a deal with friends. No pressure at anytime, and everyone was genuinely concerned that we were happy with what we bought. I’m back today to get a few accessories installed and service here is the same. Feeling very confident with this dealership and I expect we’ll be back in the future.

We stopped in at the end of 2018 and were very quickly approached by Ron Delma. I am very glad we were! He rounded up the vehicle we were interested in, and we ended up getting a great deal on a different vehicle I am liking more and more.
Matt, the finance person, was very friendly and extremely efficient.
Brought the truck in a few days later for some add ons, and I am happy to say the service department is just as friendly and efficient as the sales department. Jeff Augsperger willingly took care of a pricing discrepancy on the invoice, finishing off a great experience.
Looking forward to free oil changes and tire rotations in the future.
These folks are running a well oiled machine.

Well every since I've. Purchased my vehicle, it's been HELL. I've had more loner cars from here then I need to, my sun roof was leaking, the fixed car and didnt cleanup mess, left my car dirty. Drove all my gas out, took a chunk of leather out my counsel, messed my leather seats up in back, scratched my car, on the side. I was sold a bad car. I've taken my car in about 5 times.

Will never buy another car from them again. Had purchased a 2008 Chevrolet equinox form them after a year and a half I wanted to up grade to something bigger because I am a big guy. Went in 4 times was ignored 3 of the 4 after word I told them I was looking for something bigger max 600 a month and would prefer a truck. My trade in was -1500 plus 3000$ cash I over herd the salesman talking to the finance person when it was stated that the Awhole would not be able to get into a larger vehicle. After word I went to crown of Dublin and got into a 2010 Ford escape at 350$ a month with lower miles. I have gotten another car from crown 2 years later and was not called a A whole -5 stars

We had a wonderful experience at Chesrown. We were welcomed and helped over several weeks by Joey Powell, who was amazing! In fact, all the staff were attentive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We were not pressured to buy and Joey stayed in touch with us as we waited and decided on which vehicle to purchase. We LOVE our new Traverse and will certainly do businnes with Chesrown and Joey again!

Horrible. Bought a used 2015 Buick Encore and have had nothing but problems with it! Problems costing me $1,000's. They were no help at all, won't be dealing with them ever again.

I purchased two vehicles from Cedric Edwards between Sept and Dec 2018. Everyone was very nice and helpful in the dealership. Things went very smooth. When we test drove a vehicle on Dec 27th, there were 2 entertainment headphones in the back of the vehicle (that was the first thing we looked for in the vehicle). Upon agreeing to purchase the vehicle, Cedric Edwards took the vehicle to be washed. We completed the paperwork for the purchase and drove home. Upon arriving home and showing our excited children, there was only one headset in the vehicle. The second headset was removed from the vehicle when it was taken to be washed.

I called Cedric Edwards and he was not concerned about it at all and basically told me "Oh'well". I replied to an email from Nicci Cornett and let her know what happened and she told me she would look into it. I never have heard back from the dealership.

We never thought we would have to double check to make sure the headsets where still in the vehicle after it was taken to be washed.

Unfortunately our experience at Chesrown was tainted with the simple theft of the entertainment headset from the vehicle: (

My husband is the most difficult, money grubbing penny pincher in the world and Joey did a great job selling him a truck. I hope Joey goes out for a beer after dealing with us. Hands down best experience ever buying a truck! We will be back when he comes off his wallet and let's me trade in my suburban!

First time buying from there and not a pleasant experience. Didn't receive a follow up call. Had my suv for4 days and tire pressure are already going low. Their response call a tow. I absolutely hate the suv. I have had it one week and the dome lights quit working.

Great experience with Joey! I showed up with a decent idea of what I wanted, he put us in a couple cars to drive, and found the car with the options we preferred. Ended up with exactly what we wanted at a great price. I am loving my new Traverse from Chesrown!
