14Rough start due to being overwhelmed with repairs needed by other customers. Everyone there deserves a Pay raise in my opinion or a Vacation. Tim is amazing even though his Job can become very stressful. My only complaint would be the dirt or grease mark on my interior roof by the handle on the driver side. Outside of the blemish on interior roof Flawless work. Thank you to Tim and the repair Technicians who did excellent work.

Requested before arrival that the purchase of my new car be completed inside of an hour due to having both my toddlers with me. The team came together and got me out of there in 57 minutes! Everyone was professional, polite, and most of all honest with me. Truly great buying experience.
I visited this dealership to explain why I needed to consider changing my leased vehicle quite early in the current leasing period of time. My current lease was a Chevy Colorado truck that I loved driving/owning. However, due to a very bad home fall and subsequent neck fusion surgery, I'm now struggling with physical balance issues. Getting in and out of my truck was not always easy or safe. Everyone at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Mount Vernon took the time to carefully listen to what I had say and worked diligently to meet my needs while providing a fair financial opportunity for me. Bill Jones and Trevor Karr (everyone) treated me with total professionalism and kindness. My new lease is a Checy Trailblazer. I'm already enjoying it a lot.
They should had the recall done before anyone bought this truck it takes time out of my day to mess with recall
Was told my trucks service would take 2 hours. It ended up taking 3 hours with no explanation why. Asked them to check whippers and put new ones on if needed. They forgot and it never got done. I have given them a lot of my business but customer service seems to be lacking more and more. I would got to Fredericktown Chevy but have heard bad stories about them as well.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Take the time to explain all issues and listen to your concerns. Were kind enough to loan me a vehicle and washed my vehicle. Can’t beat the courtesy of salesmen and service staff.
Took my 2014 GMC Sierra in for an issue of vibrations while driving that was 1/26/2023 was told had metal in my transmission pan and I seen it quoted $1250 to pull transmission and rebuild transmission or $6500 to change it! Was called yesterday 2/1/2023 and told the damage was more and would now cost $6477 to rebuild or $7604 to replace! I called this morning 2/2/2023 at 8 am told them to put it back together, change filter and refill the fluid and I'll pay the $1250 they called me back at 4: 30 informed me it would be $6477 because it would be considered a rebuild that was quoted 2/1/2022! Will make sure all my family and friends stay away them for anything!
Well I flew there from DC. I worked with Trevor and he’s really a cool person. I noticed that the truck that I wanted to purchase had some minor issues and when I mentioned it to Trevor it was taken care immediately. It was definitely a great experience and the drive home from Ohio to DC was the smoothest ride ever. Thanks again Trevor for you help!
Our 2019 Malibu had an issue with shutting off which was under warranty that you were able to fix, and the body shop recoated the whole car with Tintcoat instead of only the part that had been damaged. It works well again and looks really good. Everyone was friendly and helpful which I appreciated. Good job well done. Thanks.
I saw an ad for a 2015 Ford F-150 Lariat with 133k miles that was priced at $18,999. Called with interest and was told by Trevor that the ad and price was a mistake and that the truck was actually supposed to be $25,999.but they would go at cost at $22,575. So after some questions and discussion, I drove 4 hours to see the horribly represented truck. Tears in the leather seats, literally spray painted repairs of the bed side, 12 inch diameter hole in the rear carpet, tears in the dash, broken parking brake.all things that should have been photographed and verbally described. I offered $20,500 and they offered not a dollar reduction from $22,575. I walked away with malice knowing that they are a shady dealer preying on the ignorant and unable. I would strongly suggest that you do business elsewhere, this dealer does not have an honest bone in their body, and your best interest is of no concern to them.
Move on and find a more honest and trustworthy dealer.

Service advisor lady was not truthful and tried to sell me service I did not need. When I contacted GM they said the dealer customer service rep would be calling but he never did. In fact he knew about it at the time and just said well what do you want me to do about it. I have bought several vehicles here when the previous owners had it.
