I had been hunting for a 2024 Chevy Trax with no luck finding one that had not already had money put down before hitting the lot. I came into contact with Tom Jackson/New Sales Manager who quickly called me letting me know they had a 2024 Chevy Trax LT enroute to their dealership that had not had already been spoken for. Tom sent me the information on it and I quickly emailed him back letting him know I was interested and we set an apt to run some numbers. Tom continue to follow up with me on the progress of the Trax and was overall excellent person to deal with and complete asset to Chevy of Troy. I went into the dealership two days later and what I had in mind for my trade -in, interest rate and term worked out perfectly. I had stated going in what I wanted in terms of payment and terms. The Trax was scheduled to arrive at the dealership in approx.a week and ended up coming in two days later. Going into the dealership to finalize the payment and was ended up with a better interest rate. I cannot say enough about Tom Jackson and the time and care he put in to making sure I got the best deal and was completely happy with my purchase. Dillon Comes/Finance Manager was quick yet went over everything in detail even explaining what extras were beneficial and what was not beneficial to my purchase- no pressure. David Yander went over my vehicle and showed me all of the new technology and helped me set up my free trials and I had an exceptional conversation with him about finance and what a wealth of knowledge he is! I cannot say enough good things about the team I worked with. I have worked at a competitor dealership for years and have to say this dealership/Chevy of Troy is top notch above any other. I prefer to do business local and will continue to support Chevy of Troy due to this experience and recommend anyone else to do so.

I recently was delivered my 2024 C 8 corvette. Jacob and his staff are all very friendly and professional. This dealership is impeccably maintained. My C 8 was sitting in the showroom upon my arrival. It was obviously cleaned to perfection. Thanks to Jacob and all of his staff for making my buying experience quick and easy.

Once again I have had a great experience with Chevrolet of Troy. The service team got me in so quick for tire rotation and oil change. I appreciate their communication and commitment to keeping their customers happy! Great people, who get the job done! Thanks again to Paul and the service team!

We arrived at the location. Looking for a dependable car for my son. And we tried to look at a Jeep. But the battery was dead and the car wouldnt start? And I do know that if a vehicle sits that there's a good chance of battery will die. So that was not a big deal. Then we tried to look at multiple other cars which they could not locate the keys for. And then we found a 2014 Chevy Cruze. That was advertised as having
93000 miles on it. They could not locate the keys for that 1. Either. They did finally find the keys. And we took the car for a test drive which it drove great. But then we noticed on the speedometer. It showed 136000 miles. Which is way over the advertised mileage for what Chad told us. At that time, it turned out that we were not even looking at the car that Chad told us about and that car did not exist at the parking lot. Against my better judgement and this being the first time. That I bought a car from Chevy. We still purchase the car.
In which we were told, we were getting a good deal. Because they were still asking the same price. For the car that was advertised.
It was all pretty confusing But again It did still seem to be a pretty good deal. My son drove it for 2 days and he check engine light, came on, and we got a diagnosis check on it at autozone, which it turned out to be an issue with The catalytic converter and when I called and Spoke to Chad about the issue. He told us that they could do a diagnostics Check on it. And my son brought it in on a Friday. Which I did not receive any calls. My son came back to me with a card for a muffler shop. I have not got ahold of them yet. Nor do I know if they even know what is going on. The communication is extremely poor and I never got to speak to a used car manager. As of right now I would not Suggest to anybody that I know.

Carrie Hanaway did a great job at finding the perfect SUV for me, and provided outstanding customer service. She even stayed late to assist with the whole buying process. The lot is always arranged in a cohesive way-newer models to the front, used to the back. That makes it easy for customers to find what they are looking for. The whole dealership feels very professional. The young lady in the finance department was also very nice and informative. This is my third car purchased from this dealership.and this was the best experience so far.

My lease vehicle was up and was getting a new one and I was in and out under 15 minutes. I was blown away (that's positive).

This review is specifically in regards to Paul in Service … he went above & beyond today. I purchased a used vehicle from Troy Chevy & didn’t have the “key” needed to get my tires rotated. Within 5 minutes he found me one and I was on my way! Thank you for being professional and caring!

We were pleased to find a good level of inventory. We were met by a salesperson when we exited our vehicle. We did not feel pressured. Overall great experience.

They messed up my paperwork, held my title hostage until i paid more money. Prevented me from registering my vehicle. Would not recommend

The overall service department was professional and prepared to correct the manufacturing outages on my Traverse. Parts were ready and service planned. My car was completed on time and I was back in operation as scheduled. I have been 150% pleased with my Traverse and dealership support and service from day one.

After multiple different dealers wouldn't help me, I called Josh (the curly haired one) at chevy of troy and he made the process seamless!

10/10 I highly recommend this has got to be the best Chevrolet dealership east of the Mississippi. Very professional and very helpful great work I look forward to the future with the Chevrolet of troy

Needed a vehicle asap. Truck I was looking to buy was still on trailer in another state waiting to be delivered. Joshua was in constant communication and helped in every way possible to get me the truck asap. I was able to get the truck within 2 days and the team even stayed after their normal working hours by multiple hours to be sure I was able to drive it home that night. Amazing group of people to deal with. 10/10 would recommend
