100 bucks to replace a damn cabin filter while I got my oil changed y’all are out of your damn minds and if I didn’t get it replaced my warranty is voided until it was fixed they know how to rob you

Took way too long for me to just get a diagnosis. When making an appointment. I was told it would take 48 hours and it took a week to just complete the diagnosis. Ridiculous! Don’t allow for customers to make an appointment unless you can see them for the day of the appointment.

Purchased a $70k+ Silverado Trailboss LT from Pierre. They messed up the paperwork during signing so I had to drive back down there over an hour to deal with their mistake. He told me not to worry about the gas and he would give me a TANK (the time wasted and gas it took into consideration) of gas. He returned from getting gas and let me go only putting in about a quarter tank…whatever.

So I make an appointment to get my first free oil change and to take care of a recall on the truck they sold me. They tell me i wont need to get a loaner (they dont offer loaners) and that it will only be an hour. I had errands to run in Cincinnati so I was going to be there anyway but i didnt have a huge window to get to the places i needed to.

Im there with my wife, my son, and my daughter and we pull up to the service bay. I dont go to dealerships often mainly because they charge higher (maybe justified, idk). We arent greeted until we pull up and start getting out to see what we are supposed to do, even though several people looked right at us.

The man who greeted us told us it would be about two hours. I must have missed it because I remembered the scheduler telling me it would be an hour. Im no mechanic so i didnt know if a recall will take 5 minutes or 4 hours. I really dont even remember what the recall was for but, as a dealership, they should have known my VIN and known which recall needed to be done AND what parts are needed for that recall. My family sat in the lobby for an hour and I thought they should be just about done so I went to check on the progress. My truck was still in the same spot! Never even touched to work on it. I ask about it and they say no one started on it yet so i tell them I dont have much time to wait so to just do the oil change. Ten minutes later my truck gets moved and they take it to change the oil.

About 30 minutes go by. Again im no mechanic but i CAN change my own oil and I know that it doesnt take 30 minutes. So I look up the managers at the shop, you know because im not an idiot, and because companies put their faces and titles online so there at least is the suggestion of accountability. So when Joey passes me I stop him and ask him to look into the situation as it has been a while; he says he will. Well, maybe he did and was too inconvenienced by me to bother coming and letting me know the situation but either way another 30 mins go by and finally they man who checked us in tells me they are done with the oil change.

I pass Joey on the way out. He does a quick check over his shoulder, he sees me and looks back at his computer. I confront him and ask why he didnt let me know what was going on. The jist of what he said was: we dont have the parts for the recall, thats usually a 2.5 hr job and ill have to see who told you it would be an hour job and ill get back with you.

Choose your dealer wisely if you have that opportunity. Hey, they had the truck I wanted, lucky them.

When I made an appointment to drop my car off for Diagnostics I was informed that they were backed up and it would be a day or 2 before they would be able to look at my car.no problem. I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon. My issues are too much to write in this format. Basically it would have been professional if instead of me having to spend all day trying to get in touch with someone that someone would have reached out to me after 2 days and let me know if they had even had a chance to look at the car yet. I was finally told they had ordered parts that Friday but at that point I had not given permission for them to do the work nor was I given an affirmative on what was wrong so I didn't understand that. I also was given incorrect information from Jake Sweeney as to whether my warranty was still in effect and it was overall a frustrating experience. Communication could have been better.

Very slow. Had appointment at 10: 30 didn't leave with my car til 1: 00. Had to ask how much longer I would have to wait and found out that my car was done at 12: 00 but the guy took his lunch break first instead of telling me my car was ready.

It was very unpleasant to say the least. Took my auto in the night before my appointment and dropped it off. They said it would take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. They said they would call me when done. Waited most of the day the next day for a phone call. Never got one. So I called the service dept and got the guys voice mail. I left a message asking on the progress of my auto. No call back from him. I waited another 2 or 3 hours and called again. Once again I got his voice mail. Left another message. Again, no call back. By this time it was getting late in the afternoon and I knew they closed at 6. So at about 4 o'clock I drove down to the service dept. They said my car had never been worked on. They said they would get someone on it. We said we would be back in a hour. We went to eat and came back in 1 hour and asked about our vehicle. The girl behind the desk said she would go check. My husband watched her go to my auto and no one was around it and she did not talk to anyone at that time. After about 5 or 10 minutes some guy brought my auto up for us and said it was done. He had my husband sign papers and sent us on our way. By then it was 10 minutes till 6. We feel like the work wjust s never done on the vehicle. Time wise I don't think they took the time to do it. Unfortunately it is something that we cannot see if it was worked on. It was for a recall on the airbags. If we had not went down there when we did to see about the auto they would have kept it another day without even a phone call to let us know. A courtesy phone call would have been nice however inconvenient. We have purchased many new autos in our lifetime and one thing is for sure. This service dept is just like all the rest. Sorry for sure. The lady at the desk was complaining to my husband that she was worked to death that day because 2 people had called off. And how would that be my problem? Just be assured though. We kept the paperwork and if something goes wrong with that airbag exploding because it wasn't replaced then you will be looking a law suit for sure. But then I guess that's what you pay your lwayers for. I sure hope I never have to take my auto back there again. And I definitely will not buy a car from there just because of the service dept.

I sat and waited for my car for 4 hrs. Watched people come and go. I will never buy a car from Jake Sweeney ever again. Horrible service.

As much as I appreciated the service advisor Nolan for working with me today, having to wait what amounted to an additional three hours to find out I needed to come back in the morning was not only disheartening but also aggravating.

They have my caller ID so my appointments take less than a minute to set up, they always have times available that work best for my schedule, the people are friendly and the service is quick. Thank you!

If you like getting your chain yanked, this is the business for you. Scheduled an 8am appointment, almost a week in advance for recall work (90 minute appointment) ; had 2 conversations before noon the day of the appointment-car received and work to be completed; work will be completed with pick up between 5: 00-6: 00pm (they close at 6: 00). Then another conversation, also before noon, we don’t have the part, pick up your car and we’ll let you know when the part is in to complete the work. There is more, yet this outline gives you the gist.
Glad to see how service works at this dealer before I invested into a new car with this group.

Still trying to get a brand new truck fixed. Shouldn’t have left factory this way. Haven’t heard back from them in a couple weeks. Poor communication.

Extremely unwilling to help me with a seat belt malfunction. Wanted to keep my car for five days w no loaner. Would not even look at it to see if it was a simple fix. This is the safety of my children. I HAVE children I am not able to go five days with out a car or afford to rent something at there convenience. Unsatisfied with excuses to keep a car for five days without simple check. HORRIBLE customer service!

They got me an appointment very fast. When I arrived I was able to drive right in. They took me right away but it took an hour and half, I felt like that was a long time. Everyone was very nice and helpful. July 2023 again they got me in very quickly within 2 days exactly when I needed. I arrived on time waited maybe 5 minutes and then was waited on sent to the lounge where I waited for I guess 35 to 40 minutes and then I was through paid my bill and everyone was nice very good service.
