Great food and great service. Worst thing is the parking lot you have to drive through to get there.

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! I am officially addicted to Chick-fil-A! The staff at this restaurant are not only well trained and friendly, but its almost a crime to be so efficient.

Great food! I got my Daughter a chicken nugget kids meal, and the chicken was delicious. Real chicken, unlike that over processed McDonald's junk. I was really surprised with the fruit cup. The variety of fruit blew my mind. Everything tasted fresh. We will always stop here when visiting the mall

Only thing I eat from here is fries! Sometimes maybe a Mac n cheese! Its just me! Great customer service such lovely people!

I used to like this Chick-fil-A, but this night it was awful I ordered food on two separate transactions. My first order was given away to the car in front of me which I can understand mistakes happen, so they pulled me up to park I had to waite 20 minutes for them to remake my order. When my order was brought out it was given to another car along with my drinks. That car realized that wasn't there food so they gave back the bag of food to her and here she comes bringing that order to me after the people in that car had there hands all over my food. I did call inside to let a manager know I didn't get thorough. I called again and left a message letting them know what happened with my order have not got a call back.

Griffin was amazing! He made sure we had all of our food and was very pleasant to talk to! 10/10 would come back to talk to griffin again!

Not the friendliest location on Talmadge- rather drive a little further to go to the Secor location- the Secor locations makes you feel like you are family!

I love Chick fil A! The get people in and out faster than McDonald's! And they get the order right! The staff is so courteous and friendly!

What can I say about Chik-fil-a that hasn't been said. Nothing! This is hands down the best chicken place when it comes to fast food. Order the classic chicken sandwich and a side of Chik-fil-a sauce.put it on the sandwich.enjoy chicken bliss.

Always good! Consistent. Busy but SUPER fast. They have got a wonderful quick service system in place so don't let the long line deter you!

Waited in the curbside pickup line for 15 minutes while other people pulled up and got their food before me. No employee came to ask about my order, I had to confront the employee myself who then told me the order wasn’t on the list. Curbside was a 0 star experience for me.

Great service as usual. ️BUT! Their shake machine was broken! I was like waymin! This ain't the other place that sounds like FricFRONALDS is it! I actually said that.we laughed. Still best service ever

Gene and the staff made my visit great. This company needs to train other companies the definition of a sufficient workforce, good wages and customer service. I never have a complaint after a visit. Expect to wait in line but your order will be correct and served with a smile.

Chic fil a should handle most aspects of life while waiting in a line. Food is accurate, hot and delivered with pleasure.

Has hair in my food, manager Gene was very nasty. I couldn’t believe I had this big bundle of hair in my food. Go in to complain and their is a girl in there with long black hair just like the one in my food with no hairnet! I’m disgusted!
