Chick-fil-A, Grove City OH

Good quick service. Some staff were more interested in chit chat than helping customers - but there were so many workers there it didn't really matter.

Our 1st time.
Not impressed at all.
To expensive for a basic chicken sandwich and under cooked potato slices.

I ordered the breakfast chick fil minis and the bread was really hard, also so was some of the meat in the Minis I tried to bite into one and it was super tough but the tots on the side were good

The servers are always friendly and patient. It was a good lunch and the Mac and Cheese was my comfort food!

Great food that just has fantastic flavor for fast food. Fast service to spite lines. These people know how to move a line. Pleasant employees. A stop light to help get back moving. Great selection of sauces and drinks, too.

First time to have the grilled chicken nuggets; they were excellent! Juicy hot and delicious! Same with a salad with grilled chicken - fresh and delicious! I’m not personally a fan of the regular chicken sandwich but I did enjoy the grilled nuggets and salad with grilled chicken.

This is the absolute slowest chick fil a EVER. We have been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 meals. Someone needs to figure out how to be a little more chick fil a like!

Early morning breakfast and everything was great! The staff was incredibly friendly and dead on their respective jobs. Has to be a reflection on the Management for this location

I'm normally not the type to leave reviews, but my experiences with this Chick-fil-A have been so disappointing that I just had to say something. The big problem? They keep messing up my orders.

It's not like I'm ordering in person where things can get lost in translation. I place all my orders online to make sure everything is clear and straightforward. But it seems like every time I open my food bag, I'm faced with the same annoying surprise: a messed up order.

The last straw for me was the $15 salad in the attached picture. Rotten greens and missing the chicken breast I paid for. Quality food at its finest, smh.

All a restaurant needs to do is get the food right. That's their job. But, in my experience, this Chick-fil-A seems to have a tough time with that. It's really upsetting that they can't seem to manage something so basic.

The chicken with all the sauces plus the bread. Oh my the bread. Amazing the chicken is always just right, juicy and hot. Always fresh made to order.

Going woke. They named VP for diversity, equity and inclusion.

RIP Chick-fil-A. It was fun while it lasted.

My wife and I went to this location to get lunch after a long drive. When we went in we brought our service animal. The employees, and customers loved her, but the manager immediately kicked me out. Stating service animals aren't allowed in their establishment. We will not visit this establishment again.

Great experience every time! The long lines move quickly, and I always receive polite service. The quality of the food never let's me down. It's Fresh and Delicious!

Food is always amazing here! Service was pretty good but not top notch like usual and the atmosphere wasn't the best either. They need new bigger booths and more room overall.

This location is always slammed for some unknown reason to me. Chicken sandwich was dry and small. I don't see how anyone could say it's the best out there.

Fabulous customer service as always with chick fil a, but these guys went above and beyond. Came by and refilled our drinks three different times, we had a large group and they got our food to us so quickly!

My son loves this place but the last couple times here he got some raw chicken nuggets. Always great service and line moves fast
