Chick-fil-A, Dayton OH

It's a Chik-fil-a as good as any other. Service is a little slow but they are very kind folk.

We had a group of 60 individuals come in around 12: 30 and the staff handled it wonderfully. Food was delivered swiftly and the staff came around to ensure everyone got what they needed. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and hard working. The problem is if you don't know what you want when they first come to your car, This is at the drive thru. If you need to see the menu board it throws you out of rotation so you may have to wait 20-25 in line.

We ordered 12 piece chicken nuggets a chicken sandwich med potatoes wedges also a large macaroni and cheese nothing was hot or fresh but the chicken sandwich very disappointed

I always have had good service and great food anytime I've visited Chick-fil-A. The experience is always amazing. Such cheerful and polite people.

I love the simplicity and quality of Chick-fil-A. The chicken nuggets are a favorite, and their customer service is always impressive. It's a reliable spot for a delicious and quick meal. The only reason it's not a five-star review is because the menu can feel a bit limited at times.

Best fast food place. Girls help the drive thru run like clock works. Very friendly, food is always right! Just a great place to eat.

I don't come here often but when I do the food is always on point! They gave me the wrong order but happily replaced it and gave me a free sandwich. They are human and with the high traffic things can get mixed up. Thanks for the great food and service!

Staff was super friendly and on top of everything! Our food came out almost immediately, and they walked around making sure everything was correct and that our drinks were filled up!

When I order a lunch item at breakfast, the employee rudely said “we are serving our breakfast menu, ” as if I didn’t already know that since it was 6: 45 in the morning. Never has a Chick-fil-A employee or store had a problem with me or anyone I know ordering lunch items at breakfast. When I had to take a second to regroup, she quickly said “hello? ” with an extreme amount of attitude and annoyance. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Ever since they re-opened, service has been slow and poor quality.

In my opinion, the Chick-fil -A on Miller Lane is overall the best Chick -fil-A restaurant in the Miami Valley. The renovation has done wonders for only employee morale, but it has also helped to curb the daily traffic jam on Benchwood. Customer Service has always been and is still above average at this location. I highly recommend trying the chicken sandwich and frozen lemonade.

Twice in less than a week I've been given food I cannot eat. I have Celiac and cannot eat breaded chicken. I get breakfast here because it's the only place that has breakfast I CAN eat, and twice this week they've either carelessly included a few pieces of breaded chicken in my breakfast bowl or today, just straight up gave me someone else's bowl with THEIR NAME ON IT. I've left complaints on the website but no one ever gets back to me. I was horribly sick for 2 days last time for days because the breaded chicken was buried under the eggs and I didn't see it. Do better. I shouldn't have to sit there and hold up the drive-through line to make sure the food I purchased won't make me sick.

Never had a bad experience. Food is fresh, people are nice. It's what we come to expect with Chick-fil-A.
