Chick-fil-A, Holland OH

The line was out to the road but we still made it out in less than 3 minutes with a large order of food. Everything was fresh and perfect, and the service was amazing.

I was in the drive thru Friday, March 26. As I drove up to the window to get my food, my husband called & informed me that he had been in an accident; my son was with my husband. I told the girl who was standing outside (I wish I knew her name), and she told the employees inside what had happened. They got my food, and she quickly ran to the cars in front of me and asked them to pull out of the drive thru so that I could get out. I am so grateful to everyone who helped me! Luckily no one was injured. Not only does Chik Fil A have the best food, they have the GREATEST employees! Thank you so much for all that you do ️

My order is always fresh and correct. Not much more you can ask for from a fast food place. Customer service is top notch. They are usually insanely busy but move cars in and out so quick and efficiently! Some of the best chicken I've ever had! Their oreo milkshakes are also to die for! Highly recommend if you've never had them!

So impressed with the efficiency if this branch! Normally I just keep on driving when I see how crowded it is at lunch time, but decided to give it a try because I REALLY wanted Chick-fil-A today (3/25/21 lunchtime).

Kudos to the drive-thru squad! They were a sight to behold in that they were all hustling - including the guy in charge - and strangely enough they seemed to be enjoying themselves! Personal competitions? I don't know but it was awesome to watch.

I had my order placed, paid for, receipt received, and meal handed to be all before I reached the window! And as the drive thru lanes merged into one, I was told which car to fall behind so there'd be none of that drama that can sometimes happen in a drive-thru.

In all fairness, I must also acknowledge the crew inside as well, because when I received my order, the food was hot, cooked fully, packaged neatly, and served with a smile.
Honestly, can you ask for anything more than that? Sheer perfection today! 5s!

Note to management: your teams deserves some serious commendation.

Excellent as usual. Their chocolate shakes are the best and their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe was cooked and presented perfectly. Friendly service as always. The only complaint I have is that their prices are kind of steep.

One great place to work and to dine out.with family and friends. My daughter works at the Central Ave branch in Toledo Ohio.
The one in the ever busy Holland branch is greatly appreciated as well.

The chaos of Chick-fil-A continues in Toledo and they are trying to keep up. Service is top notch once you get your food but don't expect to have a casual low key experience.it is busy, loud, and you feel under pressure to eat quick and get out because there is a crowd waiting on everything.

Its fast food chicken - so in that respect it will meet your expectations

Phenomenal chicken, choice sauces. Everything's clean, even though they're packed! Polynesian sauce is the best.

God, I love Chick-fil-a. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I love everything about this place. I always start with the food in my reviews but the customer service is absolutely amazing. Food is always fresh as well. No complaints.

Oh. My. Goodness. The flavor of this food tops other 'chicken meals for sure. Outstanding service and the conversation at the drive-thru window was fun! We laughed, we cried, we got chicken- fried. Live the waffle fries. Mmm

They really need to step their game up. My sandwich was wrong so they gave me a free meal. I ordered a super food side but didn't get the nut blend.

EVERY SINGLE TIME these young gentleman and gals are so happy, smiling, polite and cheerful. Order is always accurate and I love the little touches of saying first name or coming outside to take orders. Unbelievably efficient as well. I go here once a month because we don't have any in our area! Great food and kind service! Gets a little too busy at times and then there's no where to park or eat. Only downside, then I have to try again in another month.

Stopped here for lunch on a busy Saturday coming home from Detroit. Friendly staff & quick service. The dining room staff was especially excellent. There was not a dirty table to be found! The staff genuinely enjoyed being there doing their jobs!
