Chick-fil-A, Fairfield OH

Is there really a reason NOT to have a 5 star here? OVER 60 visits, Dine In, Drive Thru and now Curbside is SO amazing.

Chick fil A is just a machine. Fast ordering, slide into parking spot and food within minutes. Fast friendly service. Great food. Worlds best mac n cheese

Wow this was the first time my food was almost mediocre. Disappointed ️ but as usual customer servicev was great!

I didn't like the New chicken rap, they give it to you directly from the fridge. Other than that, great place

Recent remodel has livened up the place and given it a more modern feel. But while the decor is nice, that's not what you go for. Rather it's the always delicious fried chicken. Need I say more? Service was exemplary as always.

We love Chic-Fil-A. Especially my daughters. First time getting a salad in a while, got the southwest with the light honey mustard instead of the avacado ranch and it was still good. They were busy but the tables were cleaned as soon as they became available. Everything was clean.

The atmosphere was great for a saturday night. Crowed but lines moving fast, great custimer service.

Never a bad experience; and I love that it’s a Christian background company. They are always smiling and cheerful here, absolutely opposite experience from basically every other fast food chain.

"Our pleasure to go". Always quick hot good chicken and fries. My son's favorite place. I love the waffle fries dipped in polynesian sauce.

Best chicken sandwich, best service, I'd rather have 2 lanes in drive through, the 2 into 1 lane is the only negative thing about this place.

Breakfast was delicious. They had a craft that my 20 month old grandson loved. They offer free sample of breakfast and help with my the high chair and got us refills.

Literally beat customer service you'll find anywhere! 2 talking orders, 1 handing out a receipt, one outside the pickup window hanging out orders and condiments. Wont find service like that anywhere else!

Great customer service, as always with Chick-fil-A restaurants. Appreciate places that can prepare & staff themselves to handle lunch/dinner rushes too. No wonder they are always busy.and still faster than your average fast food spot!

At least they don't screw up thier orders like all the other fast food joints. Their indoor playcenter is nice and clean.

Went for dinner tonight to support spirit night for my grandsons preschool FCDC. Food was delicious as always.

Everyone is always polite and well-mannered. They have the best customer service of any restaurant around!

3 visits, 3 wrong orders. Tried calling and the phone just continually rings. This is the only Chick-fil-A I will never visit again.

I have no idea why I haven't been here before this place is the real deal real chicken breast not Parts is parts absolutely delicious good service I went in and got mine to go.

Chick-fil-A is always above and beyond on customer service etiquette, the food is always quick, and nothing less then expected. I would definitely recommend it if you've never tried, or if you need that special chicken fix! No matter the location of the Chick-fil-A, it has always been a top customer service experience to me.

Food is always as expected. No issues there. Just need to make sure the cashier doesn't ring you up for a meal when you only asked for an entré. Not a big deal, not worried about the difference in price either. Just hated to see an entire order of fries go in the trash because I won't eat them
