Chick-fil-A, Cuyahoga Falls OH

There was a lot of staff, but almost everyone seemed new and not sure what to do. But everyone was very nice. My order was correct.

The associates there that served me were very nice but the service was so very slow that it was frustrating and once I received my order it was not correct and I did not want to stand in line to get it replaced so I kept it and I will not be seeing this Chick-fil-A again.

Their drive thru process is efficient and moves quickly for how busy they are. Food is always good and service is friendly.

Good food, this location rarely disappoints. Pricey made more acceptable with nicey. Curbside pickup feels faster than drive thru to me. Don't spoil that secret.

It's always 'my pleasure' (see what I did there!) to go to this store. Everyone here is awesome and always working hard!

Such good food and exemplary service even with two lanes of customers lined up through the parking lot.

Drive through service was outstanding. When I looked at the amount of cars in the drive thru. I almost didn't go through. They had six people taking your order in two seperate lines. Was through in less than five minutes. Well organized.

There was a huge line of two lanes, but it went very quickly with people taking orders with a tablet. First time I have ever been to Chick-fil-A. Order was correct, people were very nice despite the cold weather. Those employees need to be paid more, the system doesn't work without them. Surprised at the size of the nuggets; pretty small. More like alittle oversize popcorn chicken. The peppermint milkshake was awesome. Within ten minutes of entering the line, I was on my way home.

Always polite employees with great service and good food. Hate that they are closed on Sundays, but glad the employees have one day off guaranteed on the weekend to spend with family.

Honestly this is about the most polite and welcoming place you can spend your money to eat at. The food is always fresh and the smiles are always abundant. Not to mention the chicken sandwiches rock! Try it, you'll like it.

I have always loved chick fil a. The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. When I went the most recent time I happened to be crying a little when they brought our food out and the lady came back and set down cookies for my friend and I and said "I hope this brightens your day". I have never had a bad experience here but that was just so thoughtful and I think that perfectly describes the atmosphere at chick fil a.

Very good customer service. Manager is excellent and runs a great operation. Food was fresh and hot.

The food was great. The employees were respectful. The food was super fast. We ordered our food, and our food was ready before the employee who took our order had finished filling our two sodas.

Absolutely no complaints. Food is always super tasty and cooked to perfection. The place never ceases to be spotless everytime I've decided to come in and sit down to eat. Go here! You absolutely won't have anything to critique about the Howe Ave. Chick-fil-A.

Love, love, love! Chick-fil-A has such delicious food and this location is perfect. Great service, clean facilities, awesome kid's play area. If you haven't already, definitely download the app as it saves so much time waiting in line or at the drive-thru.

Awesome place to eat. Hot food, clean environment. Friendly staff. Even on the 4th of July. No pouty faces. Thanks for being open for me and my husband because we had nowhere else to go. Bless you.

Service was excellent and quick we catered some food from here and it came warm and well cooked. They went quick because everyone liked them so much. I would definitely recommend catering for any event such as a birthday or graduation party. Each came with some sauces that you get to choose, but extras do cost money around 5 $ each
