Chick-fil-A, Dayton OH

This location is famous for leaving things out of your bag. My husband has gone through the drive through for lunch and at least FOUR times, they have not given him his dressing for his salad and he doesn’t have time to drive back. He texted me this afternoon all upset that he had to eat a dry salad with no dressing. What a joke! Check your bag before you drive off or you’ll get ripped off. You would think they have enough employees to at least give customers what they pay for. I don’t know why he keeps going back.

I gave it a one star because you can't choose lower, I went to this location near Dayton on my lunch break and ordered a strawberry lemonade and they gave me a regular one when I asked them they were super rude and said that they were not allowed to do that, after someone just told me that it could, I also ordered a cob salad with the avocado ranch dressing to my surprise when I took off and was ready to eat my salad guess what? They forgot the dressing so I am stuck with a regular lemonade that I didn't want, a salad without dressing and the bad experience with rude workers.
Worst restaurant ever

Went for lunch and got thru the line unbelievably quick. This is how a drive thru at all restaurants should be like.

This place is insane. Even at peak lunch hours with a line wrapped around the building 2x and 3 order lanes, you’ll be in and out in 10 minutes max. Hats off to the manager of whoever manages this skillfully executed operation. They amaze me every time with their food quality, impeccable customer service, and order accuracy.

The place is always so neat, and the crew so friendly. The food is always delicious and the wait is NEVER long! I am never dissatisfied!

I am always amazed at the efficiency in which Chick Fil a drive through work, and this location is no different. Dont let the long line deter you from enjoying the culinary delicacies you'll find here. Best nuggets around!

Love this place, even though it's very dirty especially the kids play place, you need to sanitize and clean. I came from Texas and I would give them a million stars if I can, very clean and friendly staff, total opposite of here.

Good food best chicken strips and they know how to move the drive through like a well oiled machine!

I love Chick-fil-a! The food is good and the service is even better. But I had an unfortunate experience with them a few months ago. I ordered chicken nuggets and they all seemed okay but when I bit into the third one it was purple with the texture of jelly. Even though it was really gross I still go because generally the food is great.

The staff is awesome, I ordered my food, and as soon as i stepped away from the counter my food was ready. Chick-fil-A has rush times figured out Awesome job keep it up

Delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and salads. A bit on the pricey side for fast food, but definitely worth it for the quality and fast, friendly service.

We almost didn't stop bcs it was lunchtime and there was a complete circle around the building of cars waiting in the drive thru. But they were on it and we got our food faster than most regular drive thrus. The food was hot and delicious. Great job Chick-fil-A!

As a fellow chicken lover I know good chicken when I see it. I dont know if Chick-fil-a has the OG chicken sandwich but they do know how to deliver one of the best chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries are also something to be desired. The crunchy yet soft waffle-shaped potato is always a good addition. If I could only eat this great food on a Sunday it would sure make me say Hallelujah!

Love the food and service! This is the ONLY fast food restaurant I can find that has grilled chicken nuggets. They also have sugar-free lemonade. Great place for diet options. The superfood side salad is expensive but DELICIOUS. No one has better customer service than Chick-fil-a.

The food and service is consistently good, though the lines can get pretty crazy, especially around lunch.

The chicken is always hot when you get it, and usually tastes fresh as far as what you're getting for the price and where from.

35 min in the drive thru today. Nice.there goes my lunch break. Nobody was directing traffic today in the parking lot. I guess they thought they might melt from the sprinkle of rain. Heard of a poncho? Cars kept blocking the drive thru lane and slowing the whole process down. Why can't you guys build more restaurants? I guess I won't come here when it's sprinkling rain.
