Great Food, Great Taste Everytime. Friendly Staff, I Am A Repeat Customer & Would Definitely Recommend. They Get Really Busy At Times & The Line Gets Long But Worth The Wait.

First time here. Food was excellent! Had to wait in line a while with only one person working the front, but she worked quickly and efficiently. Will return.

This place just opened next to my work and I decided to give it a try. What's the best way to earn a new customer's business? That's right, MESS UP THEIR FIRST ORDER. The sandwich was ordered with lettuce tomato and provolone cheese, but lettuce and cheese were not on it.

Way to go, salad chick.

That man who looks like colonel sanders was in the back picking in the chicken salad. I don’t know if it was with his finger or what, but I looked right at him - unsanitary. If this is not addressed, I will make sure the world knows to not go to that one

We really like Chicken Salad Chick and eat there anytime we're close. The salads are always fresh and there is one to fit almost everyone's taste.

We waited with no others in front while the ordering staff had a conversation knowing we were standing at the counter. When the attention was directed to us the ordering personnel did not apologize for the wait. We ordered drinks and the ordering personnel stated we are out of a lot of things. Seemed chaotic and unorganized. The food was good and portion size was appropriate.

We absolutely love this place! Two things. This rating is based on our experience with the wonderful lady that works the cash register, and I believe has been at this location since it opened. If I’m wrong, I’m not off by much. She is so king, tentative to us and always a pleasure. The GM on the other hand is going yo run this place in the ground. We come here weekly, never one time had our order been messed up, until the GM took our order. Then, to our delight, had a horrible attitude like we were the ones. It’s clear as day the people don’t like working for this guy. If I were him and reading this review, I would seriously consider being an all around better person. I’ll pay anyone a 10 to 1 odds, his people can’t stand working for him. Shape up or promote the older lady with experience and a wonderful attitude.

Need more than one check out person at lunch when the line is 50 people long. Who has time for that at lunch? Soooo slow. Good food but poor management and service unfortunately.

I had the chicken salad with the onions in it and made as a melt and it was very good. The mac and cheese isn't that great but not bad either.

Always friendly staff and the sandwiches are great! My personal favorite is the jalapeño holly.

Donna was fun, courteous and helpful. Great customer service, very knowledge about the menu and helping me make a selection. Yummy!

Donna is absolutely amazing! We have been coming here for 3 years, and every time we walk in the door she greets us with a smile and a hug. She has the most welcoming, loving personality every time. She is very professional and works hard to ensure every guest has a great experience!

I have been 2 times. The food is excellent. Unfortunately, I purchased a container of chicken salad to have at home and have eaten 3 servings. I found gristle in all 3 servings. I never experienced that when eating in the restuarant.

If you are looking for a great sandwich, elevated from the normal boring chicken salad sandwich, you should head here. I love that everyone can find something that matches their favorite flavor. Like fruity - check, savory - check, spicy - check. If you don't like onions.you are in good company as there is only one that has onions since they aren't a fan either! You want something a little more exclusive.try their monthly or seasonal speciality chicken salad (it makes me sad though when I like it.and then it's gone!).
At first, I admit some of these flavors scared me because I thought how do you mess with an original, but one day I felt daring and I tried the BBQ and I was like.um, yum and then I kept going.
Not a fan of chicken salad, but someone has dragged you there anyway (eh, hmmm.my picky kiddo). You are in luck! There are other options such as soups, salads, egg salad, pimento, their AWESOME broccoli salad and what my picky kiddo has crowned. "AHHH-mazing macaroni and cheese". And she always gets a watermelon tea to drink!
In a hurry.no worries.they have a quick grab section so you can be on your merry way! Also how can you go wrong when they throw in a cute iced Cheryl's cookie for your dessert! Oh and for something more.if yiu have a sweet tooth.the rice krispie chocolate thingy is yummo. My only complaint - I wish there was one closer to my house.

We have been there twice now and we are so satisfied. The chicken salad is so fresh and unique. Absolutely loved Lauryn’s lemon basil. This is delicious!

Addiction is a strong word to use for the cravings to try every style of unique creations they offer. You won't be disappointed but make sure to check your order since small mistakes may happen. They are always willing to go above and beyond to remedy the error.

I used to love this place. Then it got popular and the service got sloppy. The pst 3 times I have been there they have messed up my order. Not only have the prices gone up (like everything else) but also when you pay $20 for a chicken salad sandwich and 2 sides…you want your sides. I just left with a $21 bill for a sandwich and pickle. That’s it. Very disappointed with the rate at which this place has gone downhill. They need to hire adults instead of kids. The teenagers who work there are polite but inept.
