4Intake has been done from both sides. Visitation was court ordered. Been two months not able to see my son because "mark is busy at his other job" and "it's an inconvenience for him to go there ". Told me they would email me more then 5 times and have failed to. Failed to call me back. Sad. These types of people shouldn't be working there and should be fired.
If i could rate this a zero i would. I made complaints about what was going on in visits. Including the visiting parent coaching children about court, stalking and much more. Not only did Mark not do one thing about it they never even wrote down that i made any complaints. Then when i requested paperwork for missed visits. They put on the paperwork that I canceled them! When they were no call no shows or canceled by the visiting parent. If your a Man that goes here watch your back and record thwm frfr
Never answer the phone. Rarely call back. Obviously unconcerned.unsatisfactory.
