Childtime on Cold Water Drive, Monroe OH

The staff here have basically become like extended family to my boys. I know I don't have to worry about their safety once I leave. The boys adore their teachers and Ms. Kelly & Ms. Sam. Seeing how much fun they have throughout the day makes me happy I chose Childtime!

Poor leadership at this location. I will spare the details but apparently their leadership is too lazy to deal with issues inside the school.

We’ve been apart of this daycare since 2017 & I can say we finally have some of the best staff and management! Very friendly and understanding & always willing to work with you in hard time! I wouldn’t trust any other daycare with my kids!

My daughter has definitely strived here, well taken care of I don't half to worry while I'm at work, I love I can check up on her threw the cameras Mr. Anthony is absolutely amazing and patience all around an amazing place

My daughter just recently started going here about 3 weeks ago she absolutely loves that I have seen so much change in her behavior her little tantrum she used to have she just expresses herself a lot more now really get her ready for kindergarten I couldn't be good job childtime and good job to Mrs Kelli and Mrs Samantha in the front they do a great job running this place! Thank you guys!

I went to Grandparents day to be with my Great-Grandson for cookies on 9/8/23. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. I observed the interaction with the kids and it was apparent that they truly care. I saw 2 year olds playing and sharing. I especially appreciated all the help Samantha gave me. She put the car seat in my car and got Jasper situated. It would have been a struggle for me. Then I couldn't get my GPS to work. I'm not familiar with the area since I'm from Batavia. Samantha came to my aid again and printed out directions for me. Thank you so much, Samantha. Again, I was very impressed with Childtime in Monroe.

My child was here for about 2 months no concerns until about 2 weeks ago saying how my son has been acting out he is 3 years old. What really concerned me is my son was bitten 6 times by other children but my son never once acted back on another child. 2 weeks they started writing reports on my child when I addressed them with these I had 2 different stories so I didn't sign the reports bc they were false. I also explained my son was not having g this type of behavior at home so I asked if my son therapist could come to see what is going on. They said yes then the next day I brought him they told me he wasn't allowed to come back for what happened. The teacher was really good with my son but team and Kelly seem to target my son and I. I also noticed they had to many children in the class room with one teacher. I the last day my son was there the stories from Sam and the teacher did not match up.

The blonde “running the place” is terrible. I have full legal custody of my daughter. Her father tried signing her up for this place without my consent. I drove up there and told her that my daughter would not be enrolling. She proceeded to tell me that dad can do what he wants… and she had a nasty attitude about it.
Scary she’s in charge of kids!
