My wife and I met with two other couple's for dinner. Service was terrible
Fast forward a month and we get our bank statement to find we were not just our bill but, the bill our friends as well. After talking to friends and finding out they were charged accordingly. Chili's has made no attempt to rectify this charge. I suggest you don't go here.

Great lunch time experience. Taylor did a great job of providing service and being attentive of our needs.

Went multiple times. Waitress' were wonderful but that is where it stop. If you don't like lemon don't order any grilled chicken. Don't want to eat a salt shaker, don't order the fried chicken. Have an issue, don't expect a pleasant manager wanting to fix the problem. He argued with everyone at the table. We will NEVER go back. And that's a shame.

Curbside order was not brought out despite text-bot indicating they'd be right out after I texted my arrival. After fifteen minutes I went in and my order was sitting on a shelf to be carried out.

Arriving home the order was missing two sides and tortillas for the fajitas. Ford received was good, though.

Waited in the car for over a hour. Was told 30 minute wait and they would text. After a hour and 10 minutes we went home when people started going in walking up

Kay Kay is an amazing server. She waited on me and my friends for 4hours. Drinking and eating off and on. Thank you!

Love the food here but this is the second time in a row I’ve ordered a to-go-order and there was MULTIPLE items MISSING. Please do better!

I have always loved chili's! I was so excited that they built another one closer to home! The only down side about our visit which was our first visit at this location was feeling the pressure to order and go since they had a wait.

Carry out orders are horrible at least for me. The first time I placed a to go order, food was missing I drove back to get what was missing. When I got home of course my food was cold by that time. Got ready to enjoy my cold meal and couldn’t. I ordered the chicken and waffles the waffles were rock hard couldn’t even bite or break, the chicken was fine. I also ordered a cookie that had a terrible taste to it.

I called them back and they apologized and offered me a gift card that I didn’t receive. I called back about the gift card and a different manager took my information and said it will be sent to my email in three days. I decide to give them another chance and order carry out again and it was also horrible. Some of what I ordered was wrong, cheese on top of my fries was burnt, and also had a piece of hair in it.

The way they pack your food is like they are giving it to some kind of animal or something and even if it was for an animal everyone deserves some kind of respect. Food is tossed around in the bag not even nicely packed. They need better bags to pack peoples to go orders so things isn’t falling over. Anyways this second time was a big turn off for me so I told the manager I didn’t want the food and got my money back.

I handed the food back and he said they would just toss it and asked if I would like anything out of it. I decided to keep the Dessert and even that was messed up didn’t have everything in it that it’s suppose to come with. I truly hope they can fix this for the future not everyone wants to sit and eat especially at this time with the virus. I would have given a 2 star but the food is good when no issues are involved.

I frequent this restaurant often with family. I have to say at first I was a little worried with the customer service but today we went and the service was night and day, thanks to a waitress named Taysha. This was not her regular store, she is from Polaris. I believe she should switch to Hamilton Quarters because she is a good fit. Her personality, welcoming spirit, and exceptional customer service skills won us over. She was on top of everything from our drink refills to checking on us often. Hopefully, the next time we come back we will see Taysha.

Service was great. Blueberry Margarita Delicious. Your chips and salsa are some of the best. Side Caesar salad I spent more time picking out the brown pieces than I wanted to I like my salad fresh.

Will give this location several more months to work out the kinks before returning. Waited over an hour for table, which was fine. The server was kind and we got drinks and appetizer relatively timely. Our entrees were a total different story. They took forever! My husband regretted his burger selection saying it had absolutely no sauce on it and not cooked requested temperature. My steak was ok except sirloin was barely lukewarm and the potatoes were straight from fridge as they were cold like leftovers. I said I'd just continue to eat the steak bc I was hungry but asked for new potatoes with only butter. Manager even came over and asked for them to come out quickly. They were loaded again but at least hot. We never ask for anything to be comped but found it interesting that they found 0 issue with a whole entree being subpar while the other was missing sauce. I'm glad they're open but they need a lot more training in the kitchen.

I would not recommend. I was trying this location for the first time. I ordered a meal for lunch, although it didn’t seem busy (2pm no really lunch or dinner time) it took them 5 minutes to bring out my order. I wouldn’t have minded but my order was completely cold and I was missing the dressing for my sauce. Also missing chips and salad the were in meal description online but not on the order ticket. With so many other options around, I will opt for a full meal somewhere else that’s complete and warm.

Service could be better. Food is not prepared correctly either over or under cook. Missing items. Its a new location so maybe with time they will get it right

Service was very good and place was clean. Chicken Crispers, one of their signature items, were small (like the size of your pinky), cold and tough. Also brought the wrong sides.fries were ok.draft beer ok.

Please wait to go until they work out the kinks. Ordered the explosion salad, it came to the table with literally lettuce, cheese and tortilla strips. The table also ordered chips and salsa, it took 20 min for them to remember to bring it.
I normally love chilis so this was a big let down.
