Very rude waitress every time I go, if I’m correct i think mary? But very arrogant and makes me feel uncomfortable. Someone tell her lighten up

Loud. My watch measured the sound at the entrance at 85dB. Greeter was trying to herd everyone to the even louder bar where it was obvious some patrons were over served. Asked for a booth instead and was told a 5-10 minute wait. After waiting 10 minutes and having another group seated immediately ahead of us without a wait, we left.

Was feeling insane so I went to chili's and got myself dinner.made me want to off myself a little less

Pretty typical experience. All the staff was kind. Food was good and hot when we got it. Service was fast.

Cheap and consistent. Servers are always delightful. Nice options for all kinds of eaters!

I had the triple fajitas but the steak was fatty and had gristle that's the second time we ordered the steak was perfect as was the shrimp and chicken. So good and great service.

Kinda ended hear by accident boardman had a huge wind storm night b4 half the city didn't have power. Ended up hear it got crazy cause of the lack of choice. Food was meh. Our waitress was wonderful. She'd prob make way more money someone else. Oh & margaritas r like $17 not cool!

Always Enjoy Stop Great Food Atmosphere Staff. Thanks nice way to have a good meal which enjoyed with Wife GrandDaughter & Great GrandDaughter after getting off the road.

Service is good along with the food. The bad thing is I have ate at numerous Chili's restaurants and this was by far the worst President margarita I have ever had. I would even call it a margarita. Other than that, nice place to eat.

I won't lie, first time eating here, I'm not one to complain whatsoever, but my significant other ordered chicken, safe to say we both tried it, both are sick, and their drinks taste like bbq bath water with extra chlorine, tall manager dude wasn't very nice, I'd hope he'd be more understanding, but he tried to stand behind it, which I respect but when I say we both instantly started having stomach problems, right after trying it, shouldn't you be alarmed? Shouldn't you check to see if your food is outdated? Or maybe the cooks not cooking it long enough? Shouldn't you try to be compassionate to your customers? I wasn't rude in any way, I just let him know we both started to get sick, and their drinks aren't very good. Not coming back here.

Waitress was very nice and friendly. Food was outstanding and the 3 for me is a great value for a cheap dinner out. I had the old timer cheeseburger and it was great son got the chicken sandwich. Everything was great

Everything I ordered was luke warm at best. Everything was old and probably microwaved. Except for the fries. The server was nice enough and knew how to do her job. The manager was knowledgeable. This place has a great concept. However the food is lacking. May give it another chance in a different state. Maybe I will give it another shot in time, or maybe not. So not impressed with my first visit. 02-24-23

Chilis is always a go to spot. Service is always good and usually quick, however on the weekends around dinner time it can be busy but no problem for us. The three for me is a great deal and if you have the app you get free chips and salsa or fountain drink every visit which is great! I would recommend!

Outstanding service from our waitress - very friendly. My Big Mouth Chicken Sandwich was tasty, but one part was rubbery. Fries were hot and fresh. Loaded nachos were prepared on individual chips rather than a pile of chips - it was a nice change, but kinda missed the crunch. So maybe a few extra regular chips should be provided with this entree.

Absolutely the worst first experience here, chicken strips was literal rubber with grease coating, sprite tasted like dish water, and management was telling us about how many sales they do when we expressed our concerns. I don’t give a fuxk about your sales, I’m literally sick over the little bit I tried my stomach hurts, and feel like Ima vomit everywhere.

I 've been going there on Sunday night's to watch football for about 6 months on and on. Autumn is outstanding server. No complaints food s goid also her counterpart s on Sundays are great also. Never had any bad food. Keep it up!

I asked for 2 ice waters and both waters had multiple floaties. It’s a real shame, i

Brought my family from out of town for my grandsons birthday and this was the worst food we had. Our waitress must have been new. Had to send my food back because it wasn't made right. Service was very slow.
