16Do not trust this company been holding our rocks for our fireplace and our money almost 300 dollars of our full payment calling every few months and making excuses of not having parts arrived and their staff quit on them. I requested them to just refund our money back as whole winter has passed by and we have not been able to use our fireplace but no response from anybody what so ever very bad company over all
We have used Chimcare the past few years now. They are on time, responsive, professional, courteous and very willing to explain everything that is done and things that we may want to consider in the future. Andrew was our tech, he is very professional and thorough. He went over everything with us that was completed as well as discussing what we may want to consider in the future, such as a new cap. He also included estimate pricing for a new stainless cap while showing us photos of the existing cap.
Awesome professionalism and customer service! Was notified of when workers were going to come well in advance and made sure it worked for my schedule. Workers came right at 8: 00 am on a Saturday morning and worked the majority of the day. They kept me well informed on what they were doing and cleaned up great after leaving. Would definitely use this company again!
Installed a defective wood burner insert, came out once to see the problem said they'd come back to fix, that was in May, now they won't return calls or respond to emails and the people we were working with doesn't work there anymore, none of them
Cory & Ryan did a great job, were super professional and personable. Helped me figure out a good plan for our many chimneys and didn't mind talking me through it and helping me make the right maintenance plan for our home.
I had subscribed to the "Loyalty Program". But I am cancelling my subscription.here's why:
1) The tech did not seem to know what all was supposed to be done at my house - a measurement was taken of my insert but then the tech seemed to pack up to leave before completing the full scheduled service. I had to call the office to confirm my service was scheduled to be completed that day. The office staff had to contact the tech who was already in the van in my driveway to give further instructions. The tech seemed confused & unprepared to do a sweep/inspection but remained professional & courteous.
2) The tech gave me an estimate for some repair parts for my insert (fire panels) on the spot but did not have any pricing for a replacement chimney cap, nor was there mention of sending an estimate later.
3) The tech said an estimate would be sent to my email for a full replacement for my insert which I NEVER received, even after sending a reminder to the office staff over a month later.
I will not (continue to) do business with a company that has such poor organization, service, & communication standards. The customer should not have to babysit the job or wait months without ANY response from the company.
I got mediocre service at best & if it were not for the automatic monthly subscription payments. I'd say I was "Ghosted". Which is NOT "Loyalty" quality.
Very professional. Chimney was cleaned and inspected. I was provided photos of everything that was inspected. Crew was efficient and polite. Would absolutely do business with them again.
Aspen and Cory did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do during inspection. They gave a full explanation of any needed repairs. Left both areas of inspection clean after their work
The crew led by Aspen was very professional. After the cleaning service they cleaned up really well. The services that they offer are very comprehensive and the crew explained everything in good detail. I will be using Chimcare for repair services in the future
I called Chimcare after noticing the crown on one of my chimneys had loose concrete. They were able to come out within 48 hours. I decided to get a cleaning and inspection. They did a professional job and left without causing a mess. I will have them back out soon to complete the repairs on two chimneys. They are a top notch company!
Aspen came out and addressed the issue immediately. He and his partner were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He knew what I needed to be done, and did it swiftly and cleanly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Chimcare and Aspen. I would highly recommend them for any fireplace or chimney needs!
They were very professional and thorough…went on the roof on an icy, 10 degree day. They gave a great explanation for everything they did. Very pleased with this service.

I called to make an appointment in November 2021 and they have called to reschedule my appointment 4 times! Fist time they scheduled someone who could not fix gas fireplaces. Then a tech was sick (fine I get it. It happens) and reschedule me for 1/17. Called me on 1/17 and rescheduled again because of weather for this Thursday. Now they don’t even have the nerve to call me but send me a text that I am reschedule for 2/23? !? ! I could have called another company and had this fixed by now. Poor customer service. Poor follow up.
