Been here many times during the pandemic for carryout, always on time, large portions and is always good.

We have been eating at China Cottage for many years and always have a wonderful experience. It is clean, the food is always delicious and prepared just as we order and the employees are always friendly while they provide the best service.

Food takes at least 30 minutes to come out for the order of one omelet and a toast. BTW, it was not crowded at all by the time I were there.

Food was soso.

Waitress were nice.

First couple times we had this place it was great. Last 2 times not so much. Last time, our shrimp fried rice was gritty and today the low mein noodles were overcooked and mushy. Very disappointed things have gone from great to bad so quickly.

Worst service ever tonight. We watched our server chatting over and over with the other servers and even get an attitude with a table that had a child spill a water. Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon.

The best Chinese food in Dayton, almost everything is made from scratch. Try the Spicy Triple Delight or the Cottage Chicken!

Great place for lunch. Food is amazing and their prices are REALLY good. I am definitely coming back!

Tasty Food! Clean building, Fabulous dinner with excellent service. Never had to ask for more drinks/water, condiments or take out containers. I highly recommend this restaurant! Most enjoyable!

Our favorite Chinese food in Dayton. We don't make it in to dine as often as we'd like but we always recommend it as the best around. We love the Mala Pork, Salt Pork, and Kung Pao Beef. The servers don't always ask but you can make any entree a full meal with an egg roll and soup for just a few dollars more.

Nice ambiance, quick, good service. Spring rolls are great. Mongolian lamb had absolutely no flavor at all however. Even the lamb was tasteless.

Ordered carry out. Service was quick, and had order ready pretty fast. Went there about 11: 30 am. Not busy at this time. Staff very courteous, friendly, and professional. Not the first time I have been there. Have always had good food, and good service.

This restaurant certainly doesn't resemble a cottage. Beautiful ambiance inside and out. The options of meals offered was huge. Price for dinner was more like paying lunch time meals. Service was fine and food waa delicious. Oh, and there was plenty left over for lunch the next day.

Food was good but the water was terrible, we could not drink it. Had to order soft drinks and it also ruined the taste of the tea. We are now hoping we don't get sick.

I just called, it's 9: 20pm and they tell me the kitchen is closed. Lie, they don't close until 10pm so the lazy workers that Tiger has hired don't want to work. What ever happened to the good servers and workers there? Going down hill fast

The food is great, great service and portions are large! There is always another meal of leftovers as I love to skip an evening cooking:)

They wanted to charge us for bottled water even though Centerville was NOT under a boil advisory. We showed them the reports as well. Our service was a C+. I love the food.

Seating and service were excellent. Food and appetizers were delicious and of course, the company was awesome! Glad that there are 3 of them locally. Enjoy combo house fried rice, my favorite!

China Cottage has good Chinese food and great portions. My wife and I always take some home. What I love most about CC is the atmosphere. We enjoy going when it is at least a bit chilly outside and they have their fireplaces burning. Also, the noise level is much less that most other restaurants.

Employees are nice but the chicken wasnt cooked properly. My boyfriend got food poisoning from it. The lo mein was basically plain spaghetti noodles. Not big on the idea of recommending
