Terrible food. Soup tasteless. Ribs nothing but fat. Chicken cashew tasted sour!
There should be a zero star for them!

Brought takeout immediately home. Egg roll exteriors soaked in oil. White rice container one giant gelatinous block. Really disappointed.

The food was good i thiught better then most places but then my mom got food poisoning right after eating and it was bad. I cannot order from here again

I had the general tso chicken and it was delicious, not the best looking restaurant but they know what they’re doing.

Very rude and argumentative over phone and hung up on me. When I got into the restaurant she got rude about what happened over the phone. Also mentioned it was wrong to ask for my total over the phone. Like I don’t understand

Ordered bourban chicken. Meat was good. Rice was gooey/mushy. Vegetables were not cooked, like at all. Not even a tiny bit. Portions small. 2 of 5. On the lower end of 2.

Ordered here for the first time through DoorDash. Restaurant closed by the time I received my order. I would assume this was one of the last dishes made that night before close. Please tell me- Is the fried rice supposed to have a strong vinegary smell & taste? ! Almost vomit inducing! I’m saving this rice to have it tested because i don’t understand and I need answers.

Great food, would of been 5 stars but they never have a driver for delivery. Otherwise food is great

Every time I get food from there it is amazing! I go all out and get like 50$ worth of goodness whenever I decide I want to treat myself to China House. I also bought a set of cute bowls from the owner, who gave me a discount on them. Thanks for always having great food!

First time trying this place and after reading all the negative reviews I was a little nervous. I ordered chicken fried rice and i loved it. I like that the chicken isn’t dry like some other Chinese places I have tried in the past. Will be going back

Solid American-Chinese food at good prices and good service. Was confused by the low rating at this place as I've ordered out here a bunch and couldn't be more pleased.

If I could take away stars I would. My son ordered his meal and was told 45 minutes to and hour. At 1 hour and 15 minutes he called to see where the order was, he was told it is with the driver and would be there soon. At 1.5 hours I called and was told that the order is with the driver and could be another 15-20 minutes. I told them it was unacceptable that he was not informed it was still gonna be more time and that almost 2 hours for a food delivery that was quoted 45 minutes to an hour was crazy. I told them that he wanted hot food, not cold! Thank god he was paying cash. I asked for some discount and I was told no, I was told I can refuse the order. I told them to cancel his order. AWFUL experience.

I am not usually a Chinese fan, however my husband loves to eat it regularly. Since moving out of Lakewood and into North Olmsted we hadn't found a place we liked. We decided to give China House a shot and i THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MY MEAL! I know I will add this to the "take out" rotation!
