22Sent my husband in for food and I only wanted one taco so that’s all he got me. Came back out and said she’d charged us for a whole set of tacos, not just one. He even asked her if that was right and she said yes. Usually love this chipotle location but not happy with them over-charging.
If you get it delivered they will barely put anything in it. Great way to treat your customers that are trying to support you in this pandemic.
Avoid this chipotle at all cost! They will mess up your order every time. It doesn’t matter if you’re ordering online or right in front of them telling them what you want, they will screw up because they don’t care. Take the time to go up the road to a different location.
I wish there was a a 0 star rating as an option! Went in 20 minutes before close time today July 18. The staff tried to avoid us, no greetings, and food quality was just as good as their service. I understand some of the employees may not be happy with the job they have, but you don’t have to take it out on the guest. I guess chipotle standards went down just like their serving portions!
Food is great but the SOME (not all) staff could use some customer service training. I don’t really like being rushed through the line and not listened to. Added things I didn’t even want because she wasn’t paying attention to me or what I was saying.
The staff had mistakenly put another customer's order in my to go bag. When I returned to the store the employee operating the cash register asked me what the problem was, when I told her what happened they said "oh okay" and walked away. The employee working the to-go station asked me what time my order was for, then told me there was only one person who had an order for that time. When I showed them the email confirmation on my phone showing the order, they said "well you have to go through the line" (there were no customers in line at this point, I wasn't trying to cut in line). The person working behind the food counter was fast and helpful, but not one person acknowledged the mistake or apologized for the inconvenience and the first two people offered no assistance (one was surely responsible for the mistake in the first place).
I often order delivery from this location. But due to poor be experiences recently. That may no longer be the case. While I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and they are likely pretty busy with orders and I don't expect perfection all of the time. Things are going way down hill. The last few bowls I have ordered have been pretty skimpy. I will ask for rice, no beans, double chicken, corn, Pico, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Which if I go in is generally enough to fill the bowl. Recently when I have ordered and had It delivered. The bowl has been looking pretty pathetic with only a little bit of meat (which I pay extra for double). So this is usually pretty disppointing and frustrating because I'm not getting what I paid for. But I understand that people sometimes make mistakes. Maybe the person didn't notice it was double meat. However rather than this just happening once. It has happened multiple times! Not only with my bowl but in my partners bowl too. Which if his bowl is looking pathetic that says something because the man orders like everything in his bowl. Putting that aside I decided to give Chipotle another chance by ordering yet again recently through the app. But this time ordering a burrito rather than a bowl. After arriving and handing my partner his bowl. We find that 1. The bowl looks once again skimpy. 2. You can see half of the container bottom due to the food all being on one side like someone had eaten half of it. 3. The order tag is correct but the order is missing over half of the ingredients ordered. Then we come to my burrito which was nice and full. Which I was excited about however after biting into it. It became very clear it was not what I ordered. I had ordered a burrito with white.rice, no beans, double chicken, corn, sour cream, queso and cheese. What I got was a burrito with black beans, steak and cheese. Not close to what I ordered. I checked the order tag to make sure it was the correct order and according to the tag it was. But it clearly wasn't. So at that point I decided it was time to say something about it. So I made a point to call them up to explain the situation. Well I never got through. The phone line just kept ringing. After giving them a couple more rings. I decided that I would just go in. Putting myself and others in my household at a slightly higher risk of getting sick. After getting there. I noticed that they have plenty of staff inside. So besides the phone maybe not working. Their is no excuse for not answering calls. Considering that they had over a hour before they closed. Anyways after talking to the staff members about my order. They were willing to remake it. Which I appreciated and thanked them for. For the most part they did a pretty good job remaking the bowl and burrito. They made sure all the ingredients were there and that the bowl was nice and full. My only complaint was they gave us very little queso. While it is only $1.30 extra to add it to your burrito. I was a bit annoyed to get very very little queso on both the bowl and burrito. I have watched them add queso to my orders before and never have they put this little an amount. So that was pretty disppointing. In the future I will be thinking twice about eating here due to all the issues I have had recently. I am unsure if the issue lies with the company itself or the employees that have been hired. But regardless it needs corrected or it will affect their business. At this point I would love to rate them 1 star however due to the employees being kind enough to replace my incorrect order I am willing to give them a 2 star review.
The employees here are next to useless. They got my order wrong and they literally do not care. Please consider finding employees that actually care.
Not to mention, this location is ALWAYS out of regular coke or the coke dispensers don’t work.it never fails.
I’ve rarely visited a chipotle I wasn’t moderately satisfied with. This particular location has been a staple of mine for over a decade. Like any fast food industry the turnover rate is high. The current staff and in turn management is so incredibly poor here I am surprised at its monumental decline. I was actually scolded plainly WITH a curse word added in the quick phrase about coming in close to closing time. Anyhow I try to be sparing with restive feedback. In this instance it’s completely warranted.
Went today around 5/530 and the chicken and steak were on point! Whatever you did today keep doing it! Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was nice and tender too!
This is one of the most consistent chipotles we’ve been too! Meats always fresh and delicious along with good service!
Unorganized, start making my online order very slowly when I come in and I need to wait in line. So what the reason I use APP to order it?
Today I had the worst experience at the Bethel Road location of Chipotle. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and it was awful. To start the rice was under cooked the black beans were hard as a rock and the barbacoa was so dry and tough. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN!
It's Chipotle.always a line, but friendly and quick service. My problems with my orders here have always been the fault of delivery services, and they always make it right even if they have to take a loss
Ordered online, paid for a bottle of water that wasn't delivered. Called restaurant, gentleman on the phone refused to refund me for it.
The guy that put the lid on my bowl didn’t seal it tight enough so on my way home the lid fell off, and the bag ripped while I was walking up the stairs and everything fell out, and hit the floor. Super disappointed.
Was ok. Think the steak was sitting out awhile. Was dry and not much flavor. Love chipotle but kinda ruined it for me
Both times we've ordered for pickup, and both times I had to wait at least 5 minutes after the set pickup time. They did offer a free drink while I was waiting.
Chipotle has managed to overcome challenges of the past to remain a favorite option for lunch or dinner. New options for vegans is a much needed upgrade I personally enjoy!
Mind BLOWN! Best chipotle I have ever been too! Staff and food was beyond perfect. This chipotle puts other chipotle restaurants to shame.
