Chipotle Mexican Grill, Grove City OH

Online orders only. Why bother even having the store open? !? !? Employees are in there music cranked up clearly enjoying the light evening. I can walk in to pick up an order but can't order in the restaurant? Smh

Throwing ingredients into a cardboard bowl must be rocket science for this staff. & don't expect them to pick up the phone to correct their mistakes either.

Always satisfied with their customer service! Food is great too! Gave 4 stars cause the chips need a little more attention other than that I would give them a 5 stars!

One of the best, and I have eating Chipotle alot. They gave me the portion I actually wanted and everything was fresh and tasted perfect. I'll be returning forever if this is the experience I get every time.

This is probably one of the slowest chipotle’s and it’s a mess. They also are constantly out of various things!

I went to the store at 8pm.when I went 8n they said they were only doing online orders. I went to my car and placed an order but I couldn't submit it. I went back to the door to tell them and it was locked! Very poor customer service.

Look it's a chipotle, you know what kind of food to expect going into it, closest thing to grab on my lunch.my only complaint is this, when you give a set time for online pickup ordered in advance, it needs to be done and ready by set time.not 15-20 minutes later. I understand running out of food/re preparing but the amount of times it happens is not coincidence. We preorder food for a reason to fit into our schedules

This Chipotle is smaller in size then most of them that I have been to. The crew that work today was excellent. The staff greeted you before you place your order and after you paid for your order. The food was pretty good and the store itself and rest rooms were clean

I waited at door to meet my wife to buy her lunch get asked 4times after i told them i was waiting on her

My two previous experiences at this chipotle the receipt has been messed up. They do not go out of their way to offer any thing for inconveniencing you. Drive the extra couple of miles to the 665 store.

Everyone pretty much knows what kind of food to expect from a Chipotle, but this location always hits the mark with regard to cleanliness, service and quality! They're always busy, but they do a good job getting to everyone in a reasonable amount of time.

The food is always good, but the service at this location has went WAY downhill. The dining area is always dirty and they are always out of things at the self service area (today there were no napkins or forks). There's this one girl who's always working the line and is very unpleasantly. She always has a dirty look on her face and seems like she really hates her job. She is like that every single time I've been there. Don't go here if you want a pleasant service experience.

Only thing that would make it better is if the blonde in the picture was on the menu under extra meat. Mmmmmm love me some blondes and a burrito bowl.

Horrible food. Chips weren't even fully cooked. Was told the manager was gone to the bank and wouldn't be back for a while. Definitely not going back.

Everything about Chipotle annoys me except the food. Today the music is blaring, and its not good music.

Always get great food from here. Never had any health issues like those that are going around. I don't eat meat though so that probably helps, but they must do a good job not mixing meat and other products together. No cross contamination.

I visited the store on Stringtown Rd this evening. I was VERY displeased. The restaurant wasn't clean, the food wasn't hot, the chips we're stale because they had been pre-bagged and then left open. The dining room wasn't cleaned up, clutter left on empty tables.it was awful. I had only been to one Chipotle before, that one was in Athens Ohio. I was very impressed with that one. Someone needs to address the store on Stringtown Rd.

Good but it tasted like way too much salt in the rice and guac. Kind of a bummer. Nice location and good service tho.

It seems so hard to find a clean table in most fast food restaurants these days and this place is no different. Otherwise I had a good meal and was happy with the service.
