Chipotle Mexican Grill, Austintown OH

I will never go to the Austintown Chipotle again. Very rude staff and they have a sign which tells you that if you want to pay in cash you must have exact change. How are you to know that?

Absolutely terrible. Order placed at 3: 30 and was supposed to be ready at 3: 45. We showed up 5 mins late and the order was still not ready with NO customers in line. I stood there as multiple groups of people came and left and the order was still not ready. I had to go in line and show them the confirmation online and they said they never got the order in the first place. I finally left after 4: 05 with my order of ONE burrito! Not the first time we've had problems with this location. Every time we order from here they make the food so sloppy and careless. Half the time it's not ready or they are out of an item. Not worth it.

Had two vegan bowls delivered to work. It was super fast and the delivery driver was very friendly. I appreciate you, Chipotle!

There is no point in writing a bad review. If u have a problem just call them, they will fix it. Casey Mcilvain was wonderful and went the extra mile. Thank you!

Ordered takeout on 4/13 food was terrible with incorrect ordered and paid for ingredients spoke to Casey same day who said she would refund my card that didn't happen so I called on 4, /22 and she said she can't do that submited a complaint with their corporate office

The people there have a real bad attitude and do do not want to give u extra vinegarette I had to ask 3 times for it those people should not work there I’m never going there until those people are fired.

So, I went to grab a chicken bowl for lunch today and not even 20 mins later I am throwing up. I am pretty sure I have food poisoning. I am calling corporate now.

I got half a bowl full of cold rice and cold greasy shredded steak about two little chunks so I won’t be going here again hot heads is a much better place always hot and they have other things besides rice to put in your burrito

Got a bowl with chicken. Delicious & filling. Busy but line of customers moved quickly with no hiccups. Pleasant experience

I arrived early for lunch at 11: 40 am thinking I was going get a jump start on the lunchtime rush but my rice was cold and undercooked (hard) after taking a bite I returned to counter to ask to warm in a microwave but they didn't have one. By now its noon and there were all hot fresh containers of food I was offered extra hot rice to add on top of the cold rice! Needless to say I am a certified Chef and my lunch and options were unacceptable! This will not stop me from eating Chipotle but I was very disappointed

One of the best Chipotle locations I visited. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was also top notch. 5 stars, keep up the great work.

The staff is very friendly and exceptionally fast, great for lunch or dinner or both if you get a big burrito!

Cool place to go food always ready! The bathroom is pretty clean. Polite workers the trash was emptied. It seems like a nice place to work and a nice place to go

This location is always consistently clean, employees are courteous and efficient and the food is always good.

Very tasty food options! Fast and not too expensive. Make healthy choices if you want. I like all the options to build your meal. Choose your meat choice, then your vegetable choices, rice, beans, toppings. Yummy!

Love the order/take out app! It makes it so easy to just place your order, walk in and pickup. The food choices are healthier than that of other fast food restaurants. Their service is always quick and friendly! I would definitely recommend Chipotle over their competitors any time!

I asked for raw vegetables because the cooked vegetables are not very good, but they would not give me what I wanted, but last time they gave them to me.very disappointing.

I always enjoy Chipotle, but I was served barely any rice beans or meat. Then I was given tons of guac and the meal tasted entirely of guac:/
