Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
23Good chipotle but the customer service is not very good that’s for sure. I don’t think I should be able to hear the employees cussing because they’re mad. Keep it under control.
I ordered food online for pickup and when I arrived on time and told the staff I was here to pick up my order, they stated they were working through a list of orders. I waited an extra 10+ minutes in the store while the employees made 5 or so other orders ahead of mine for pickup and 6 customers as they walked in. And they also did not place utensils in the bag.
This location has been completely incapable of figuring out how to operate during the pandemic restrictions.
The first time I went here they served me raw uncooked beans. I went back and this time I was served an entire half of a hard unripe avocado playing the part of guacamole.
I did an online order. It took an hour to get my burrito. When I got it home it was made incorrect. It had nothing but corn salsa and my protein that I paid for was not even on the burrito. I won’t order online again. It was very disappointing.
Taking over 30 minutes longer than suppose to. Taking too many orders so impossible to social distance outside of building.
Horrible serving sizes. Ordered 2 bowls for pick up and they gave me about 4 measly pieces of chicken. It looks like they poured half of my bowl into the trash. Very disappointed and still hungry.
They really need to work on their social distancing policy. About 20 people were outside the building, all of us waiting for our food. Food took forever, almost 20 minutes past the promised time. I'd definitely go to other Chipotles before coming back here. I felt unsafe.
If you like eating a burrito or tacos where with everyone bite it falls apart in your hands, eat here.way too much in the shell.most of the food meant to be encased in the tortilla is now all over my plate.not enjoyable.
25 Minutes into my expected ready time. And they still don't have my order ready. There are at least 12 people standing outside waiting for their food when an additional 8 people walked in, ordered their food and just walk out with it. Don't think I'll be going to this location again.
Their PU is a mess. Constantly 30 min behind. If you can't make it by the time you say then don't allow me to pick it. Pretty simple stuff just a mess
Horrible horrible customer service. Have to download app and have credit card to order food. Also, you have to wait outside to get order. The employees cannot take order over phone and lock themselves inside the restaurant. Must have been 8 employees inside doing nothing. Lazy lazy lazy!
Stunningly incompetent approach to order management while social distancing. People are forced to wait outside while workers haphazardly mumble out names and then throw bags of food on tables when nobody can hear them. Waited an hour and a half in the rain while they tried to get their act together. Should have bought from a local restaurateur who has worked to figure out how to make the new rules work and who actually cares about customer satisfaction.
Food is usually very good but the staff at this location is terrible. Always get the impression they're doing you a huge favor and that they would rather be anywhere in the world but there. Not particularly friendly when responding to questions either. I've experienced this at this location several times.
Attempting to phone in order while staff are standing behind counter. Rude. Robotic call was ridiculously labored. We left and unfortunately settled for taco Bell. Never will return. Too time consuming.
Terribly understaffed, ordered delivery and the food wasn't even made until 1.5 hours after placing the order. I placed the order at 6: 30 and and I got a call from an employee at 8: 30 saying they're out of guac.
If I have an issue with my delivery order (which I currently do) and I've called the store 6 times and cannot get through, what should I do? Do you accept smoke signals? Should I drive to store and shout loudly outside your doors like a mad man? Is anyone working there? Or, is this a poorly run operation and this is just what I should expect?
Usually this Chipotle is pretty good, however tonight not so much. We got through the line and had to wait on the cashier because she had to run to the back to grab something. When she finally came back I asked for a drink with my bowl and then we cashed out. I went to get a soft drink and there were 3 stickers on the machine saying that these selections were out of order. So I picked one that wasn't, I tasted it just to make sure it was good, it wasn't. I tried the only other selection that wasn't out of order but it tasted horrible too. I walked over to the cashier and mentioned to her that they were all out and that she should let people know before they paid money for a drink. With a snotty attitude she said, "there are stickers on the machine. " Unfortunately I could not see the stickers while in line. I guess that's probably my fault, at least that is how she made me feel.
Ordered a chicken bowl, had hair in it. Also ordered chips and guac. The guac is rotten.took pics. It's dark green and brown and smell horrible.
Too much salt in the foods and when you ask for double chicken they’ll give you half of the other chipotle’s branch.
