7I order $20 meal and when I finally sat down yo eat i notice my rice was not cooked properly it was hard can someone contact me directly about my experience.
It was okay. There we're out of chicken and steak and nobody cooking in the back. Just plain uncalled for Zach needs to get those employee's in gear. Not happy.
Good, fast service. Disappointed they don't serve regular unsweet tea. I don't drink soda and 4 of the teas they do serve are herbal or sugar laden.
I love the location, and the employees. The food is lacking tho. The rice is always hard. We have been to this location 4 times since it opened a few months ago. Every time we have visited, they were out of several items. This past visit, they were out of cheese and corn salsa. And of course the hard rice was still present. The location in canal has amazing food and never out of anything, but their store tends to be dirty and the employees aren't as nice. The groveport area is booming, and this location will see a huge rush come spring and summer with the nicer weather. They are running out of items now, hopefully they fix this before the weather breaks and everyone wants to go out and try to eat healthier options. This is a huge opportunity for the location!
Ordered online, and have been stuck in the drive through without moving for over 15 minutes, they desperately need more/better staff
This new Chipotle was clean, efficient, and the food was delicious. The only annoying part is that I tried to order my food ahead of time but the website kept rejecting my card. Also, the website said that they didn't have queso. Since I had to go inside to order I saw that they actually did have queso, and my card worked just fine. Still, it was a waste of my time to have to go in.
Not a bad place to grab food. I wish they were staffed for the line to move quicker. Staff are nice but a manager has to be on duty at all time to help with the flow.
