Chipotle Mexican Grill, Xenia OH

Never expected to leave a Chipotle hungry. Chicken bowls sound have chicken right? Not a ton of rice 4 shards of chicken, chicken flavored water and minimal toppings that were chosen. Spent 22 dollars on about 3 dollars worth of food and. 50 worth of customer service.

My biggest problem with this place is they skimp on the portions. I ask for double steak and its like one and a half spoons. I ask for cheese they use two small fingers of cheese. If u are gonna charge for double steak then i want double steak. This is the only chiptole i always have this issue with

Dining room was a mess, only 4 other people Inside. Noone cleaning tables. Portions recieved were ridiculously light. Hotheads here I come.

Absolutely horrible. 7 people “working” only one of them is actually working while the rest are standing around talking and holding their cell phones in hand. One of the worker’s long braids were dangling over the food. Been waiting about twenty minutes for a mobile pick up order. Chipotle in Xenia, horrible!

Hands down the WORST chipotle around. Always out of something. They have been out of straws for over a month…. Kroger, Walmart and Dollar Tree within walking distance yet manager hasn’t bothered to purchase any. Had no large lids tonight. NEVER accept cash! Portions are below standard. DIRTY dining room! YUCK

Took over 10 minutes longer than stated when ordering for the food to be ready for pickup… all of the line staff were sitting around while one person made pickup orders.

Ordered online, grabbed bag, felt light so when I got to my vehicle I opened the bowl up and found that it was like 1/2 full (being on the generous side more like 1/4 full). Went back and asked if this was normal proportions for a bowl (knowing very well that it was not considering I’ve been to chipotles numerous times and can literally see people’s bowls being made in line that are quite full) cashier didn’t really say much or even sorry (nor did anyone but that’s fine) however she said to get in line and they would make a new one which they did and I’m thankful for that, however as I’m standing in line I see the cashier tell two other employees the situation and watch the employees laugh about it, so that was nice. Not sure if someone decided to eat half of it before they put it in the bag or what.last time I ordered online I had gotten another bowl and it was literally a soup of sour cream. Pretty sure they emptied an entire container into the bowl, unfortunately didn’t catch that until I got home. Needless to say go in and order that way you can see your bowl being made and if they do decide to eat it before they give it to you, you’ll see it.

Food was good. Only issue was how messy the burritos were.they literally looked thrown together. They tasted alright though.

Do not go here they only take card no cash at all so I will not be spending no money there at all. This is why xenia needs a hot heads it's way better anyways.

Disappointing portion sizes even when asking for extra items on top. Food is good most of the time & online pick up works, but the kid sized portion I got is not worth it for the price. Will not order from again.

Doesn’t really even deserve a 1 star and not sure it how it has almost 4 stars. I’ve been here a few times and they are continually out of chips or lettuce. Went to go tonight and they were out of chips, sour cream and tortillas. On top of all of that, the portions they give you are very small. Doesn’t even fill your bowl up. Oh, and the place is quite filthy on the inside. Save your self a trip and go somewhere else.

Been here 3xs in 3 months. This past visit was rediculous. The music was so loud you had to yell your order, surely not safe yelling loud towards the food. Then while preparing our food the burrito maker had to pull their mask away to repeat louder over the music, yes while the gloves are still on they were fooling with the mask.chicken was NOT at the correct heated temperature, definitely cooled down. Watching them pulling out empty bins to replenish food i saw no steam, heat rise or anything under the food bins. Queso was so cold I saw globs dropping in. No way the heated trays were on. No way! Burrito bowl was cold immediately.

Lastly, they ran out of chips and saved the last bit of chips for online orders. Not their fault, I understand this issue.

I hope this location improves.

So.many ingredients were not present on the line, claimed their delivery truck didn't show up. Couldn't pay with cash. The portions are now apparently sized for elementary school children. Pretty terrible. Becoming a trend at most Chipotle locations.

Terrible all around. Waited in line for 10min just to be told they don't except cash, but can load your cash on a gift card (which makes no sense to me). Food wasn't even close to being warm, on top of being way over priced. To top it off, my wife and daughter got sick immediately after eating there. Best guess is food poisoning. Would not recommend

We always love coming Chipotles and get the chicken bowls but this time I'm not sure if we got chicken it was more shredded and tasted weird

Went into this store to order a bowl, they had corn only available on the digital order line. I asked if I could just order online to get corn. They proceeded to throw out my bowl and make me wait 15 minutes for an online order.
