Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cleveland OH

I'm a Chipotle superfan, and I have been coming to this location since it opened. It's gone downhill since one of the managers was reassigned, and I don't think I can do it anymore. They appear to be fully staffed (I counted 8), but the line is ridiculously slow and they are out of more than one item.again.

Never order online, they never give you any drinks you order, they always forget the chips, and a good 75% of the time, the order is wrong.as someone that can’t eat dairy (i get really sick, like throwing up), it’s pretty annoying when I bite into my burrito and it’s full of sour cream.

I ordered an order for pick up on door dash, they confirmed the order and when I arrived I was told they will not be completing my order in a very rude way. Why would you confirm an order if you are not going to make it!

The staff is hard working and doing the best they can under the circumstances they're dealing with. It's obvious that they don't have a full crew most days I come in. It's a very busy spot because of all the college students so don't think this will be a quick experience.

Online order ends up being routinely made wrong. Be happy if it is ready within a half hour of when it says it will be. Please go to literally any other Chipotle on the planet.

Amazing food, Great Customer Service when you know someone there. Fun Environment usally and entertainment from people watching. Dont go around 3pm on a weekday.

Picked up order. Asked for dressing, of course they have none. Why would they. Took my bag and headed home only to find they didn't bother to make or bag half of my order. This place is a mess.

Placed an order through the app, showed up about 10 minutes later to pick it up. They had a paper sign on the door saying they were closing earlier at 8PM. I was told they would not be able to fill the order. The guy was very rude and offered no help as to how I could get the food or get my money back. Very frustrating.

Cold food, missing half of the ingredients, they put two cups of sour cream on your bowl. Consistently bad. At least the 10 times I’ve gotten it.

This is a good place. Parking is a problem but if you are able to figure it out the experience is good

Bad service. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order since it shows to pick up time at 12.30. Dirty place and unprofessional employees.

Long wait time if you're behind then stop taking orders and catch up GREEDY they rather lie to you to keep making sales

Shut it down. Please. I felt sick after eating a few hours later. This place has gotten worse. The long lines and short staff is bad enough but the food is under cooked and cold. The place doesn't even look clean. It's not worth it.

Placed an order online at 11: 44am to pick up at noon and had to wait until 12: 50pm to receive my order. They were having issues with their machines which I understand is not the employees fault however, the burrito I got was not good, not well wrapped (as in the tortilla was not well wrapped and the burrito within the foil was not well wrapped). I saw someone else got a free drink for waiting too long but I was not offered the same, wonder if he waited over an hour… Anyway, I will not be returning here and do not recommend it.

Horrible experience. I ordered door dash and my food came cold. The rice was clumped together and I could tell the food was overall poor quality. So I decided to take the food to the store and ask if they could fix my order. The first young lady, a heavy set woman that resembles Precious was very inconsiderate and basically brushed me off and told me she could not do anything about it. The next associate who was no help, decided to come from behind the counter to tell me it’s not their fault. I asked for empathy and told him I was just trying to get a warm meal for my toddler son (who was also present) and myself and he told me he wouldn’t remake the bowl. I asked for the manager and the manager was also giving me a hard time at first but finally after soul searching she told me to get in line to have my order corrected. I don’t understand what the problem was but I know for sure that it was unnecessary to give me such a hard time when I obviously had the food in hand as proof. The restaurant is poorly kept as well. Soda was spilled all over the floor and counter. It’s just sad that individuals that look like myself gave me such a hard time when they KNOW how hard it is to get quality customer service from others. My son didn’t even get to eat his food because he fell asleep on the car ride home. -Trish W

I placed an online orders at 2: 50pm with a pick up time for 3: 20pm. I arrived at the location at 3: 26 and my orders had not been filled. After waiting for 20+ minutes I asked for a status at which time I was told she was making them now. 3: 47pm.it is now 4pm and my food is still not ready. Apparently I can't be refunded so I could just fill my orders in person and I am now late for work. Ridiculous.

If you enjoy ordering online and waiting more than 30 minutes past your pickup time with a large group of hangry online orderers AND dealing with employees who look absolutely miserable, then this is the place for you! My food took so long, I had to leave before I could receive it. If you like intermittent fasting, order from this Chipotle, and they’ll do the work (or rather, nothing) for you!
