Chipotle Mexican Grill, North Ridgeville OH

My burrito was tiny and had uncooked rice. This chipotle is absolute trash and I would recommend you go to any other one.

Double meat with extra rice and it’s smaller than a can of soda. I don’t know if my ex-girlfriend or someone who has a lifelong grudge against me works here but I can’t get a decent sized burrito to save my life from this location.

My thoughts and prayers to those poor souls who must look to this establishment as a place of nourishment.

Food is fine here. You should definitely not order your food online from here. This location is regularly behind on online orders by at least 30 minutes. It’s faster for you to walk in and order your food in the traditional way. Please do not place online orders for this location. Regularly gets crowded between the hours of 6-8PM.

To start off with this chipotle hires employees that can't read.how hard is it to read what's on paper and put it in a bowl.out of the last 10 times I have ordered its been right 2 times I'm sorry but there is no excuse for not reading a order that is right in front of you raised the prices to offer terrible service

HORRIBLE SERVICE. As I walked in the door I was not greeted when I enter nor was I the employees priority. I was the only customer in the facility and was ignored. Employees continued to socialize and stand around even after they saw me waiting. For the price I pay for the food (which increased so Chipotle could pay their “deserving” workers) the portions were very small in comparison to other locations. VERY disappointing.

For pick up, order is always late. Last 2 times we ordered received wrong food. But they are always nice.

Ridiculous how this billion dollar corporation doesn’t accept cash unless you have the exact amount

I’m 7 months pregnant and they served me raw meat…I called them and they said they doubt my meat was raw now tell me does this look safe to eat while pregnant?

Really really nice. Good food and fresh as it can be. My only issue is there isn't enough ample parking because Panera is right next door.

Ive ordered ahead the past two times and still have to wait half an hour after pickup time to get my food.

Always a pleasant experience at this Chipotle location. Just don't go to the north olmsted location. The employees there are very rude and they overcharge you and argue with you about prices. Very unprofessional.

This chipotle in north ridgeville is absolutely terrible. The workers are terrible, the service is terrible, the kitchen looks completely disgusting, they screw my order up everytime i order it online. They never have chips or anything. I recently moved here from strongsville an I can’t believe how much a difference the chipotle’s are around here absolutely terrible. I’m never comming back to this chipolte ever again lousy management ETC….
