After reading all of the reviews already posted, it’s saddening to see how unforgiving people can be. I ordered a burrito bowl online tonight, and no, my order wasn’t ready when I scheduled it to be, but that’s perfectly okay. Restaurants get busy, orders get slowed down. That’s literally how it works. In the middle of a staff shortage crisis that the ENTIRE industry is experiencing, I want to applaud and thank the people who made my order tonight. Thank you for still coming to work, thank you for still caring even a little. I appreciate all of you. I hope your company is treating you well during these times, I know unhappy customers aren’t and I’m sorry. And to all of the customers about to place a negative review, please consider that your order could’ve not been made at all if these people didn’t show up. Have some mercy, they’re trying, just like the rest of us.

What once used to be my go-to has now become, hands down, the worst chipotle I've even been to. It's mind blowing how bad it is, and I have gotten Chipotle consistently for years. It's literally not worth your time at this point.

Pro-tip: When they mess up your order, or give it to you an hour late, which they will, use the "chat with pepper" function on the app. You'll get the whole thing refunded within minutes and it's super easy to do.

There’s no such thing as customer service at Chipotle. We ordered online. Waited at the store 40 minutes PAST the estimated time. Was first given someone else’s order. Went back inside and waited some more for our order. Got home and one of the burritos was half the normal size and had no chicken. I wasn’t offered a coupon for my trouble or even a fountain drink while I waited. You don’t appreciate your customers, Chipotle.

The meat was super cold there was not lettuce our cheese in my order they didn't drain the liquid off the corn so i had a soup bowl not s burrito bowl. I will not longer order online i will have to go in because order online are done wrong.so sad.ugh

If I could give this location negative stars I would. Every time I have ordered they forget half of the order and or I have been inside waiting over an hour longer than my pickup time. When I say every time. I mean every time. The employees just shrug their shoulders when you ask what's going on. They refuse to give you refunds after so many times of them messing up your order. You'd be better off to go literally anywhere else that isn't this specific Chipotle. Please for your own sanity just go somewhere else. Any McDonald's location probably has better quality, efficiency, and portions. Yes, McDonald's. It's literally that bad. If you like Chipotle, don't go to this one or you'll start hating Chipotle.

Chipotle, please change your online order system to actually communicate with the store and number of orders. The app said the order would be ready at 8: 30 and I waited with 20 others in the store for an hour, plus 20+ orders left on the shelf not picked up. Also, pay your people enough, they obviously are having trouble keeping people.

Like chipotle but man when you are standing in line for 13 mins and haven't moved it's painful. I straight up left. And definitely won't be giving chipotle my business for a while now. Thank God bamboo thai is close to my place. Love that thai food. Sorry chipotle but you have been disappointing me far too often recently

Took forever for a to go order, after waiting 20 minutes past my pick up time they told me there were 17 orders still ahead of me. Just had to cancel so I wasn’t late to my movie. The sign on the door said mobile pickup only but were still accepting walk-ins. So why make everyone wait longer because people don’t follow your own signs? Disappointed and still hungry

Don't come in tonight. Open only for online orders, only 2 employees working on a school fundraiser night. Orders are taking 45-60.

. Always good but employees are often lacking a sense of urgency

I just had a TERRIBLE experience at this location! I made an online order for pick up which I do regularly in Hilliard without a problem. I got there at my scheduled pick up time and waited patiently knowing that they were busy. My elderly father was in the car waiting for me as well and it was cold outside. Fast forward 35 minutes. The employees were all favoring the people coming in to order in person. I watched COUNTLESS people come in and be helped over me and the other online orders. The employees basically told us that we don't matter; they can't do anything about online orders and they only have one guy working on them and he was swamped because they take as many online orders as they can get even though they can't handle them! I asked for assistance and all I was told was that I could request a refund online. I've had to do that before because of an order mistake and the refund NEVER came and there's no customer service number to call. I eventually had to drive my father home to his warm house and he was so sad we didn't have chipotle. I came back to the store because I was upset and didn't want to be out $25, waited a little longer and finally my order came out an hour later than my pick up time was scheduled. I felt so belittled in this store.
When I did get home with the food, we opened the burrito bowls to find that they were about only 1/4 filled up. It was such a small amount of food compared. I'm so disappointed.

This spot is very inconsistent, I arrived early to get my order and I still got it cold since they only do online ordering and bring everything out at once. My food was left inside someone else’s bag and they refused to remake it 37 mins after the pickup time AND after someone had put the food back after realizing it wasn’t there’s.

This location use to be the best in the columbus area. Since then I’ve had hair, complete mush and have waited up too 45 mins for pick up and in store to get my food. I’m giving 2 stars because I do feel bad for the employees this seems to be a management issue.

After sitting in this chipotle 30 minutes after the promised time of my online order, I was told that because their system was down, I would have to cancel the online order I'd already paid for. The employee at the register also would not keep her mask over her mouth. She had it pulled under her chin. Absolutely awful experience almost every time I'm here lately, and this was the last straw for me.

So few people trying to fulfill way too many orders. A little there weren't many people in the restaurant, they had tons of orders. They were very skimpy bowls and we couldn't get anything to drink because they were out of ice.

Went inside and stood there for 20 minutes while no one greeted us and two of the workers sat there on their lunch just staring, then called the place to see what was up, got attitude from the manager and then he hung up on me lmaooo, would never take this place a penny again in my life, gotta love living in 2021

Adam The manager would not sell me any chips he said all the chips they have are for online orders only. So I guess myself didn't matter. I was in line for over 15 minutes everyone everyone was nice except for him

They need to seriously hire a good manager! Rice over salted no taste of lime or cilantro. Barbacoa was piled to the top of the half pan so it was ice cold and barely shredded. Sour cream was frozen. And they forgot my tortilla on the side. I used to work at chipotle for years it’s very easy and simple this is just pure lack of caring at all! If I was a owner I would be seriously concerned not coming back!
