Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cleveland OH

Great food and that atmosphere is happy but the employees are very unprofessional and need better training. The employee literally locked the door an watched me trying to get in. When she had another door open that I could have went in. But noooo she just sat on the phobe playing on her phone instead of telling me she just unlocked the door on in the front.

Tbh it's a good thing your food is actually still pretty good when it's cold bc yeah, it was ice cold- it was busy tonight as crew was heating up & refilling the line per bag straight into the line, adding water as necessary (?) but again, was still yummy. I do need to ask what the heck happened to idk what- the past 2 bowls I've ordered were extremely & unexplainably spicy! As a matter of fact this time I ordered what I considered a "more plain" bowl with just rice, chicken, guacamole cheese & sour cream & still sumn had a kick up in there & I usually enjoy spicy foods! Idk maybe the chicken got some new 'tude.

Very friendly staff and the food was delicious. They did a particularly good job of listening to my requested amounts and following what I asked for.

This location is in the dumps. Has been for a while. Usually a sh! T show when I come in, today was no different. The beans were gelatinous and gross and still in the well like they were being served. But I was told there's something wrong with them and they can't sell them. They only make a certain amount of sofritas once a day according to what I was told this visit as well. Interview

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Half the time the card reader is down. Half the time they don’t accept cash. Half the time they’re out of chicken. Half the time they don’t have staff. All the time their mobile orders are behind. The staff isn’t personable. It’s not a spot you’d want to wait in line to eat at. I love Chipotle but not this one.

The 2nd time I ordered through uber eats and my order was horrible I ordered a steak fajita with no steak the kids meal was cold the cheese was not even melted I called to complain was put on hold for a half hour then finally I choose a call back and it's 2 hours later no call back I will never ordered from this location or through uber eats again!

I am a burrito fanatic! What better place to order burritos from than Chipotle’s. If you haven’t tried their burritos yet, you don’t know what you are missing.

Every single time I’m in here they are out of like 2-5 items. It’s so disappointing because I have high hopes every time.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff is rude. They clearly have a high turnover rate at this one. The new staff I dealt with today is the worst I’ve ever dealt with at any Chipotle. It was not even busy and they acted disrespected that I came in as a customer. I usually tip the staff of any Chipotle I go to. Maybe they’ll realize that their attitude matters and they could actually make more money if they even just acted like they wanted to be there. Not a pleasant experience at all. I won’t be coming back to this one ever.

Went to this location for something new and different. I ordered a super green salad with mild sauce and chicken. The tomatoes and salad were good and fresh.

Thank you chipotle workers and delivery folks for delivering me maybe the most stacked late night chipotle bowl ever. I have always had a great experience with this location but today takes the cake. Thank you so much!

This place is filled with clowns. Can't order online can't order in store. Needs re staffed.

Food was okay minus the bell peppers stuff. Was old and mushy. They take way to long to complete the task. Did not offer chips and they looked old, oily and stale setting on the shelf in those oliy bags.

Not sure if they are open as its 9 pm and the parking lot is empty and its a sign on the door about no rice smh

Very busy credit to the girl preparing the door dash orders. Real pro. The Chipotle on detroit very rude.instead of being professional she has preferences on the customers she chooses to prepare the orders. Total B
