Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fairview Park OH

Stopped in yesterday to pick up some to go orders. The 3 employees on shift were stressed due to being short staffed. I asked how many staff they'd typically have for a Friday night, they replied 11. What could of been an absolute disaster was actually being kept afloat by these 3 employees. Nicole and Christian did an amazing job at counter acting how incredibly short staffed they were. They were both polite, hard working, focused and timely. They truly kept the restaurant going when i imagine just about anyone else wouldve threw in the towel and walked out as the pressure/stress was so high for the 3 employees. Im very proud of their work ethics! Thanks again friday evening crew for being amazing!

I don’t order from this location much but when I do there is always something wrong! Whether it be something small, or big. But today I decided to order a bowl for dinner, ended up having to wait almost two hour for a single bowl! Not only that the food was cold tasted like it’s been sitting for hours! The worst part is they forgot the cheese, Sour cream, Guacamole, And fajitas! I’m sorry but this place has gone down the gutters

If you're open til 10, the line should be replenished til 10. Closing down shouldn't start til you're closed. I come in at 830 and you're already announcing that you're out of rice, chicken, sour cream AND cheese! The line is mostly shut down by 9. Replenish the line, you're still open! Or just close earlier?

The 5 stars are for the person who, was there running things Friday 4/28, because a MANAGER didn't show, she did a great job navigating the location with NO HELP, there were 3 very busy employees, when the line was full and on line orders were pouring in. Get your HR dept on top of things, have floating employees, and for God sakes if there is only 3 people there, let them TURN OFF THE ONLINE ORDERING, stop being so $ hungry, so that the people who are already there can get food that isn't slopped BECAUSE THEY'RE IN SUCH A HURRY, and so it's not so overwhelming. Do better CHIPOTLE, That one employee who held it together needs a week vacation PAID. Don't even think about reprimanding her for this. She deserves praise

Truly confused on how I can place an online order 15 minutes in advance using their actual app and yet be served after arriving only after every single person in line got their food.

The last 3 times I’ve been there it has been terrible, always out of food and staff, one of the worst chipotles around here

Waited 45 minutes from time of arrival for a doordash order that was ready the whole time. No name ever called out and was told by the cashier it wasnt ready twice. I guess when he looked at the tickets, he didnt even read them.

Had a second order that went cold during the wait.

All of this couldve been avoided if they actually used their online delivery alphabetical shelf, which wasnt being utilized AT ALL. All orders were being kept behind the counter shoved together.

This is the slowest chipotle I have ever ordered from. It is always very slow, even when they are not busy. Each time I go in, they seem even slower and behind, especially with online orders. The Avon and North Olmsted locations are much faster and more efficient.

Never again Chipotle for me, once is enough. This is a pseudo-tex-mex place. Flavorless food that tastes like mexican food prepared by anorexic vegans. On top of that, the salsa on my burrito was cold-cold like just out of the cooler. I asked if they had a microwave to warm it up and all I got was a rotund NO, but no offer to somehow warm it up, on the grill-top, steamer or something.

I never write reviews but am writing in hopes that management will do something about this location. It’s always severely understaffed to the point that for the 4th time I walked in and they were out of everything at 7: 30 PM when they close at 10. The workers that were working were kind so no issues with the employees but service here has been beyond bad. The employees working there shut down the dining room because they said they were short staffed and the crew was cleaning up for the night saying they’d be at their homes no later than 10 (meaning their clean up and everything would be done well prior to their closing hours. They are literally losing money during prime take out hours by not having food. They were out of all chicken, steak, fajitas, cheese, lettuce, rice, and several other items I normally don’t get. A week ago they were out of rice during prime lunch hours and had to wait 15 mins for them to make it. I’m the least picky eater and will never complain. I feel bad for the employees here because people are very rude to them because they don’t have any food items or enough people to cover shifts. I saw 5 other people walk in and walk right back out. From 7-10 they had to have been operating at a straight loss with no revenue coming in. Crazy

Ordered food online and when I got home with it the food was wrong I’m missing items food was slopped in there like they don’t care. Oh and a wrong label on my food compared to the bag. Poor customer service I don’t recommend this location whatsoever.

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle on earth. Employees stand around doing nothing and they are always out of everything. Food tastes weird too.

Filthiest chipotle I’ve ever been in, if I wasn’t fasting and it being almost time to eat I would not have ate from here.

The guys working there had there pants down to their knees. Disgusting and so disrespectful. What happened to bring a little professionalism to the table? They stop every 5 minutes, pull them up and they fall right back down. Also, guys should wear hair nets. Food was good, though

I would not go in if it’s close to shift change because your bowl will just be thrown together and look half ate.

Would not recommend this is the closest chipotle to my house, and I go here regularly. I can honestly say they have never given me a five star meal. There is always something wrong with it. The rice is never cooked and the line is always backed up to the door save yourself sometime and money and just go to Taco Bell.
