Chipotle Mexican Grill, Perrysburg OH

I’m usually not the type of person to post negatively about place because i get it- everyone has their bad days.but every single member there did not care about anything.they acted annoyed that i even walked in the door.then made my bowl so horribly and rolled their eyes when i asked for more rice (because they literally gave me close to none). Then the customer behind me asked for plain rice and the kid with braces threw a fit and slammed the scoop and walked away.never want to step foot into this restaurant because they made me feel like the biggest inconvience.

I prefer this location over the one closer to my house simply because its usually right. The Fremont location has messed out order up every time

Just love those bowls made exactly how you like it and they are so huge, I usually get 2 meals out of it.

The worker decided she wanted to put corn in my salad bowl after having me tell her I didn't say corn at all then looked at her co worker as if I said something wrong I speak very clear and for her to think I'm going to accept a salad bowl with corn on it that I didn't ask for is unacceptable and so was her attitude.

Avoid ordering through a food delivery app at this location. Perhaps all Chipotle locations. Ordered a burrito and a bowl through Door Dash, both with double meat. They skimped on everything on both. The burrito was a little bigger than the size of my fist. Instead, go in person to make sure they don't short you. Door Dash was great though. Food was here within 15 minutes of submitting the order.

Got pick up here and got one of the best prepared burritos I've had a Chipotle in a while.

I was visiting the area and was excited to have a chipotle near my hotel. The counter tops were full of scraps of food. I saw some of it fall BACK into the various pans as they moved peoples orders through. I got a burrito bowl. The rice was VERY mushy and had hard pieces all throughout. Absolutely no taste! This has to be the worst chipotle experience since I started eating back in 2008! YUCK! Complete waste of money! I will say a couple of them young men that worked here was courteous even though the food sucked!

A little skimpy at this location with the chips so I passed but other then that the food was great.

While the pandemic really hit fast food hard, Chipotle has done a nice job of managing the increased to-go traffic. Staff is friendly and service is quick, no matter the length of line

Placed an online future order for 630 pm at about 545. I got my food at 715pm. Watched people just walk in and get there food in 15 minutes. I feel like this rating is well deserved.

Ordered online.went to pick up and someone had picked up my order. They gave me attitude when I said it wasn't me that picked it up. Makes me not wanna go back to that restaurant

I love chipotle, but.am I the only one that has noticed before you have finished telling the person preparing you food what you want they are already saying, "and what else". So I'd like black be, AND WHAT ELSE.um three che AND WHAT ELSE. I know what else, let me finish my sentence please.

Just ordered doordash and me and my boyfriend both ordered chicken quesadillas and I wanted corn on mine as well. They came with no chicken and no corn on mine as either. I don't get how hard it is to read the online order. How do u forget CHICKEN on a CHICKEN quesadilla? !

Tables hadn't been cleaned, food from previous eaters was all over the floor, bowls were placed on their sides in the bag, resulting in leaky containers and the bottom of bag broke. Food seemed prepared just fine and a large online order was quickly prepared, which is why I feel quite generous with a 2-star review.

Cleanliness of the restaurant, or lack thereof, is what made the strongest impression.

Was ok, they ran out of fajitas veggies which is my favorite, hot chics work there lol, they were nice. I would go again.

I like their veggie bowl, the staff was very friendly, the music they had playing was very pleasant. Great service thanks guys keep up the great job

I've been to this location several times over the last few years, and it's usually great, however my experience yesterday was so sub-par I feel the need to write a review. For the record, I'm pretty easy going and far more inclined to leave a good review than a negative one, this trip tipped that scale however. For starters the restaurant was a mess, from the countertops to the prep area, there were puddles of sour cream and pieces of leftover vegetables and cheese everywhere. (even the trash cans were overflowing) The gentleman in front of me watched as they dragged his tortilla through piles of mysterious leftover substances, on the line surface, only to be given a puzzled look when he asked for a new one. While this was going on two to three people came in for to-go pickup orders, only to find out none were ready. The same people were still waiting long after we sat with our meals. I can confirm at least one of them just left frustrated without their order and I suspect another just grabbed a random bag sitting there and left with whatever was inside. I mistakenly ordered the barbacoa and watched as they pulled the last remaining bits out of the swirling grease in the pan. (this one is on me though, I should have told them to bring a new pan out, sorry stomach.) That brings me to the final piece of the review, the fact that nothing mentioned above should have been an issue. Why you may ask? Well, because we counted over ten employees "working" during our visit. I'm sure there are a lot of things going on behind the scenes in the kitchen, however I suspect less the half of it was work related. It was not uncommon to see three to four people just standing on their phones or talking out front, so I can only imagine what was going on in the back. There were four of us in my group and you'd be hard pressed to hear anyone say anything positive about the trip. I gave this review two stars, one because they were actually open when advertised, and two because we actually all got food. As we left we saw a line of people waiting to order and not a single worker waiting on them. This seemed to nicely sum up the entire experience. There's nothing there.

Wow the portions have gotten waaaayyyy smaller then when I was at a chipotle a couple years ago. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and they put a portion that was probably under 2 ounces so I asked for a double portion and another tiny pinch was added. After paying I look at the reciept and that tiny pinch was $4 dollars. I will probably never go to a chipolte again I think I would get more meat in a taco bell regular taco then the extra portion they gave me. Added a photo to show how little meat was in barrito.

Usually stop here for lunch a few time a week. In 2020 this place was phenomenal. Great food, quick service. Never an issue. Until recently around February 2021. The food quality has declined slightly. However the worst part is the hours. They are sporadic. Sometimes it's online orders only, sometimes they aren't open because a shortage of staff or currently not opening until 2pm with no explanation.

I do hope this place gets better as it was one of my favorite places to stop but it's gotten to the point that it's not worth stopping here until they get their hours more consistent to me atleast.

They were very nasty.they threw my food in the bad and made are food very messy. Spoke nastily to me and my friend for no reason. If your establishment is busy you should be happy, not shying away happy customers. Do better.
