ETA: They aren’t out of foods because of supply chain issues, they run out because they don’t want to cook more as it’s different food every night. I should have read the reviews before coming here, looks like nothing has changed. I love Chipotle, didn’t know management would let a location get this bad.
OP: Don’t bother coming after 7/7: 30 pm, they’ll be out of 1-2 meats, and guacamole and/or salsa. Chips might be stale too. It’s a Saturday night, and this is my fourth night/trip in the last few weeks that it’s been like this. Bonus tonight they put away early the frescas etc. There were 6+ people working and they’re still open for 3 hours. They should just change their hours.

In total i have orderd twice from here and both orders were SUPER NASTY the 1st order a few weeks ago we were giving little to nothing on our order barley anything came in our bowl we orderd and the burrito was just nasty mostly sour cream and very little meat or anything and the 2nd order was worse my burrito was nothing but rice the whole thing was almost rice i did not order a rice only burrito i ordered a burrito with chicken beans rice lettuce and in total the whole burrito was just horrible nothing but, rice at this point im done ordering from here.

I hate to be a Karen, BUT. The service at this place just gets worse every time I come in within the last 3 months. Tonight, the blonde girl with glasses must've been having a bad night or something & was showing it thru her service to the customers. The line was absolutely disgusting because this girl was just angrily slinging food into burritos & bowls. When I would ask for extra (because half of the product was lost in the slinging process) you could tell this was just a major inconvenience on her part. The tortillas had holes, giving them to customers because she would've had to go get more from the back. But in the end had to go anyway because the burritos needed double wrapped due to all the holes. If you don't like your job, go get another one, plenty of places are hiring in this town.

Over 45 minute before closing and they didn’t have even half of their normal food. Only thing worse was the absolutely disgusting food ALL OVER the prep area. And then when I asked for discount for the half size burrito bowl all I got was a glassy eyed stare and insensitive comments. Terrible service!

Let me paint a picture. My car dies, I have no jumper cables and no friends in the area. I walk to the local chipotle and ask for help. Without hesitation, Josiah briskly hops the counter and informs his coworkers that he will be back in a moment. I’m in a hurry, but Josiah is calm and collected. Working very efficiently, he jump my car in a matter of moments. Josiah is a stand out worker he needs a raise. Picture perfect customer service. Also shout out to Josiah’s coworker Brady who I’m told is celebrating his 2 years today, he also could use a raise!

Always out of there a signature vinegarette sauce. I have been here 8 times in the pass 3 months and every time no sauce. But when you order online they will say it comes with the salads. Also due to the sign on the door they don't give out change either you have to have exact change. What can of company take cash but don't make change? Idk but would not recommend. I'll drive to Maryville or go to Freddy's street food right down the street from now on.

Look at the reviews. This is the worst managed restaurant. ALWAYS out of something and if you question if it will be made soon, the staff gets rude and insolent. This is a reflection of poor training and bad management.

Dont mobile order from this place. They give you smaller proportions but they still charge you full price but you go in and they fill the bowl up, what the hell! This is the second time in a row they have done this.

I was on a special low iodine diet and chipotle was my life saver during this time! It was one of the very few restaurants I was allowed to eat at AND the food is delicious.it it is always win, though, diet or not.

This is not a good Chipotle. It's worth your time to drive further or just skip it until you're at a different location. Frequently long waits and out of ingredients. Chipotle is excellent, don't let this be your first or only location you experience it.

Literally 3 or 4 crumbs of chicken in a chicken bowl. Wow! Too lazy to make more chicken so yall just said this was cool? Wish I could post a picture. Totally unacceptable. I feel ripped off because I was. Thanks Chipotle!

This was my first time having Chipotle from this location and I am very disappointed. I ordered it via DoorDash on Friday, April 22nd that was a bowl with chicken, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and white rice. While I was eating my bowl, the chicken tasted a bit burnt and very seasoned. I understand that the chicken is normally charred however I feel like it was very charred.

There was a little amount of shredded cheese in my bowl and the lettuce wasn't shredded, it was in salad piece sizes. Some of the lettuce even looked a bit of brown on it. Finally, the white rice had a powerful lime taste to it. Normally, I would taste a hint of the lime, however it was too overwhelming. I had Chipotle before from different locations and they were better than this one.

I will give this place another chance but I was disappointed. I also don't know the situation of the location on whether they are understaffed, in a rush, etc. But overall, it was disappointing. I hope this review was not like a Karen review or whatever, but I was hoping for some decent food to enjoy.

Stopped for lunch on our way through town. Worst experience in a food establishment in a long time. Food was subpar. Dining room was filthy. Staff was aloof. We usually like Chipotle; but this location needs to step it up.

Tried this three times thinking maybe it was the wrong day and someone was having a bad day. Nope, this last trip I ordered online and they had no chips, no guacamole, no sour cream. I noticed they did not add chips and I asked about a refund and was then told they had no ability to refund from the store.

1 star is being generous, don't go here. The app and website will let you order, but every time I show up to pick up my order, they are out of something. And major items like cheese and meat. They should close this location.

This location is the unbelievably bad. Every couple months we get a strong Chipotle craving and, after much talk back and forth about how poor our experiences have been with them in the past, we decide to give it another chance. We have been disappointed each time. Our last 3 orders have been missing food, usually chips or a side, but we have also had entirely incorrect food in the bags with our name on it. How do you even do that? Even when we get our food, the quality is comical. Tonight: My wife's bowl, which was supposed to have extra lettuce, had (I kid you not) 4 pieces of lettuce, the hard shells on my tacos taste stale, and they forgot our chips.

From now on, I will drive myself the extra 15 minutes to the location near Sunbury. It isn't worth giving this location a shot anymore.

Listen, this is not an attack on the employees. They all look like young college kids and I’m sure they’re doing their best. Maybe they’re understaffed, I don’t know. What I do know is every time we come here it’s an ordeal. 15 minutes in line. Online orders that are extremely late. Out guac. Out of chips. No tomatoes. Just avoid this location. From now on when we want Chipotle I’ll drive to the one on the other side of 23.

Though towards the road, this location can be bit difficult to see. That said, when I went in to place our order, I was the only one there. There were no fajitas but they were generous with their other toppings. Customer service was good which makes it likely that I will return here in the future even though it's not the closest store to me.

Update: +1 for great customer service. Had a problem with an online order (not the store's fault) and they took care of it. Highly, highly recommend location.

Horrible. We got there and it was a mess and they were very slow. Which I get because they had a lot of mobile orders. The guy who made our food started my moms food and she asked for veggies and he then said they were completely out of that and guacamole. Then after he made mine they had no lettuce and no queso. We asked for chips and queso and after we paid they told us there was no queso. Our chip bag had barely any chips. They were all out of all the lemonade flavors and both coke spots were gone. My mom got her bowl and the corn was frozen. They had no guacamole, queso, lettuce, veggies, or barley any drinks and don’t close till 10.
