Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lakewood OH

HOW IS THIS LOCATION VERY SLOW? ! TOOK HALF AN HOUR JUST FOR A BURRITO BOWL! UNACCEPTABLE FOR CHIPOTLE STANDARDS! CAME HOME TO A VERY ANGRY PERSON BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION’S INCOMPETENCE! NEVER ORDERING FROM AGAIN!

45 minute wait. Only 1 person working the line. Out of lettuce and fajitas. Line was out the door. The gentleman working the line was very polite and friendly given the circumstances.

I seriously don't know how this location has almost 4 stars. I have never received an accurate order from this location. My in -app orders get cancelled constantly. The last time I ordered my daughter chicken it was literally just charred remnants from the grill. If I go to pick up an order, I've never waited less than 30 minutes for it.

Always a huge line and today waited like 20 minutes just for them to say they’re all out of what I needed.

Can't believe how bad this location has gotten. Every. Single. Time. They screw your order up. Can't tell you how many times I've gotten refunds or BOGO coupons from their customer service because these geniuses can't spend 10 seconds to double check and make sure what's in the bag is what you asked for. Dressing never comes with the salad. Quesadilla sometimes has one side, sometimes none, who knows! Corporate doesn't care because this is still happening after having to call about so many wrong orders, management at this store doesn't care because they must be seeing the refunds and the reasons why and they still aren't training people to LOOK IN THE BAG. Worst part is if you want delivery you can't choose which location it comes from so I'm stuck with them unless I want to drive to Rocky River.

PLEASE STOP BEING SO AWFUL.

By far the worst Chipotle in the area. Not sure what happened to this location. It used to be great, but no more. They always try to give small portions. I let my nine year old order on his own and when we sat at the table his bowl was almost half full. The manager took care of it and made him a new bowl, but omg the person that made it should be ashamed. They are understaffed, but that’s no excuse. Any where else, we don’t experience this issue.

Dont go here before closing time and dont order any sofritas they served me with same spoon used for steak and the beans looked watery and food was cold. It messed up my stomach

We order a side of chips everytime we place an ubereats order, sometimes two sides of chips, and the staff at this location can’t figure out how to put the chips you ordered IN THE BAG ever, so if you want chips, too bad

Three stars for the friendly employees and look of the establishment. Iv had a lot of chipolte in this lifetime and something was off. The rice seemed more sushi like/heavier than usual. I tried the hyped Garlic Guajillo steak, I wouldn’t get it again. Ordering over the counter I knew I had said it wrong and asked for the correct pronunciation. I had butchered the word but learned a lesson. Leaving me to wonder how many other people say it the wrong way all day without knowing? … Guajillo- I prefer the traditional chopped smaller steak bites rather than the strips. Seasoning was… seasoned. I added some fresh lime at home and it brought the flavors together. I’d recommend serving a lime on default with this “special” dish. It was fun to try. Also, the queso was iight.

You have to order in line otherwise the portions are horrendous. The meat options are sometimes no chicken or steak and it’s a slow line but the only chipotle that gives you the right portions in line

The Chipotle used to be so bomb. They are always out of things. And rude customer service people

If I could go zero stars I would. I will no longer go to this location.frequent this chipotle because it’s close to my house but everytime I come here I regret it. The lack of customer service, and basic manners from the employees is ridiculous. They Continue to be the worst. The lady was so rude

Back when I was attending Lakewood Highschool 2006-2010 this was the premier Chipotle location. Today in 2022 it is the worst and needs to be shut down. I won't even begin to complain as there are so many glaring problems it's just not even worth typing all out. You were warned, Avoid this Chipotle at ALL COSTS!

I waited outside for 15 minutes for them to open, i watched employees walking from the store to their car and back multiple times. Then when they finally opened, they didn't have anything ready. I ended up leaving without any food.

Was second in like and it took over 20 minutes to get food. Employees ignore customer and will do everything else but get food out the door.

So disappointing. Crunchy undercooked rice, chips soggy from adding too much lime. I've had crunchy beans, over limey rice, oversalted chicken. I keep going back because I love Chipotle and it's near my house. I'm finally going to quit going. Bummer!

Portions are small and they always forget something. This has happened multiple times and the place just isn’t good

Food was good, alright customer service some of my lettuce look like it was going bad took it out a bit disappointed tho, had to eat so finished my food. Not a bad place tho would still recommend it place was clean
