Skimpy. I don’t know if it’s the owner’s policy but far too often I am given half scoops of rice, meat, fajitas and salsas. The only thing I do get in reasonable quantity are beans. If I want a bean bowl Ill just get a can of Bush’s thank you very much. Tonight the person preparing my bowl, like many times, proceeds to scoop up the ingredients and then shake or poor out half of what they scooped… I understand COVID has reduced the ease of access of certain materials and foods but please be fair to your patrons. If a steak bowl with guacamole is going to cost me nearly 10 dollars please give me more than 1/8th cup of rice and 4 strands of onions…

I had a big order when I went in everyone was really kind and patient and helpful I really appreciate that food was good staff was great

Serious quality control issues at this location. Between that and their never ending price increases, they are no longer worth my visits.

Food was great, but they are so understaffed. People need to show up to work! All the dining room tables needed cleaned, but there was 1 lady running the whole front line.all the way to cashing us out! She did great, but so overworked.

In the past I got a first responder discount. Mgr told me I couldn’t get it anymore it was only for police and fire didn’t matter. Haven’t been back in 2 years

I will never come to Ontario chipotle again! They NEVER HAVE LETTUCE! After the 4th time this month I finally snapped and asked for the manager to inquire why they dont have lettuce all the time? The 71 location is always in stock why do you guys here have such an issue. She deflected blame by saying she wasnt here this morning to cut the lettuce or she would have made enough. Okay so as we are talking I'm watching lettuce get put onto a burrito behind her in the order online section. I said can you please put a little bit if that lettuce right there on my burrito please? SHE TOLD ME NO! I asked why and was told because that burrito was already paid for. Talk about customer service! And from the manager at that? !? ! I'm appalled. I will not be back.

Food was OK, BUT, the service line was sloppy, rice, beans, sour cream everywhere. They did the one thing to make a customer mad. Put the spoon in the empty container swirl it around and pretend to put something in your bowl. Then looked at me and ask, "is that enough? " Just say we are out of beans it will be a minute. They were out of chicken, both type of beans and fajita, no seasoning in the rice. This place needs to step up its game. The right hand doesn't even know that the left hand exists.

I haven't had a bad experience here yet. However during this tough time due to covid, they're only taking online orders you can pick up or have delivered and the I orders haven't been correctly made.

Waited over an hour for my food to be ready. When I got it, it was cold. This is not the first time. Won’t be buying from this location anymore.

Why can't they give change. We were told when we walked in, you must have exact change or credit card or no service. Bad for business. As a business owner I would flip a lid if my employees were allowing customers to leave.
And no lettuce. Ran out at 630 pm. Gordons is a mile down the road, they sell romaine. Where was the manager on one of the busiest nights of the week, they they would let this happen. I still love chipotle, but I was extremely disappointed about the lettuce.

They have danced between open and digital only last few months. I'm guessing hiring issues, problem was you never knew day to day which one they were doing. But the food has always been good.

Normally I have no complaints when I order food from Chipotle. In fact if I order food 99% of the time it’s Chipotle. I hear the knock, I say thank you, then open my door & 1st mistake they made was the wrong beverage. I ordered a bottle of Mexican coke but they sent me Fizz Grapefruit drink which I can’t drink due to health reasons. I recheck my order it say Mexican coke then I check my food. My order is the same all the time. Steak Quesadilla w/ extra white rice, extra red salsa and small chips & guacamole. I didn’t get any red salsa nor my guacamole for my chips. The steak quesadilla was hard. What’s up Chipotle? I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone. I’m very disappointed

Online orders only due to covid, yet inside is shoulder to shoulder with people waiting.they got our order wrong as well.worst chipotle ever.

Never had any big problems until this chipotle and the others in the area went to "digital only"

They can claim covid precautions all they want but they were open regularly until about April 2021.

Wait times became 30+ minutes and orders weren't complete.

Normally I have no issue going through the line at the location, but today I decided to try the online order/pick up option. Paid $14 for extra rice, double steak, cheese, sour cream, and two tortillas on the side. Once home the bowl was literally only have filled. The only part that was right was the double steak and tortillas. Small scoop of rice, soaked through with sour cream and if there is any cheese I haven't found it. If you plan to go here, go through the line. Chipotle, if you are going to order pickup/delivery make sure your standards stay the same as in store.

They were not prepared when they went to digital only ordering. They are quoting times when you order that are 1/2 hour to 45 minutes behind when the food actually comes out. It is really ridiculous. This is no safer than having a line. There are about 35 people all crammed in here, walking to and from the take out shelf to check orders because you can't hear the names announced. This rollout was botched horribly. I don't eat Chipotle much because of how busy they are, but this will be the last time I ever do. Not worth the wait.

Twice during the pandemic I’ve visited and both times the same female server had her mask below her nose breathing and taking over my food. I’m at the point where I don’t even want to buy food from there. The mask goes over your nose for a reason. So disappointed!
