I worked at chipotle for 3 years. At the location I worked at, we prided ourself in our customer service skills. It’s obvious the stow location could use some training. I’ve never encountered such awful customer service at a chipotle before.

I ordered salad and barely got any lettuce. Make it make sense or hire people who know what they are doing.

I always enjoy chipotle it’s affordable and good after a long shift! The only bad experiences I have is when I have to ask for plain rice. I have an allergy to Cilantro so I often got no nice until I found out about the plain rice. Every time I come in every time I ask it’s followed by most of the time huffing, eye rolling, and overall just a complete demeanor change. I understand tired kids going into work for a closing shift after school is terrible, I did it too. I never let it hinder my experience because I enjoy the food, but it’s definitely something to think about when new employees learn about customer edict.

The best one I have gone to in a long time. I have always liked Chipotle but most of the are so bad I don’t feel like going there.

I was in that area and my wife said that she was feeling like eating there so we went in. The staff was very friendly and the food was great!

I used to go to this location because of how woke it was, but ever since Pat left it isn't woke anymore. It's sad really. I go to the Kent one which is a little more woke but still not as woke as when Pat was there. I hope it gets woke again.

Great food! Had some issues with my order when i came in a bit ago but the manager Jordan helped me out! Was able to get my food made right and the staff was so nice about it! They seem a bit stressed sometimes but i get it, it comes with fast food great job!

Good size portions of everything today, looks like the pictures in their advertisements so about as good as it gets for Chipotle.

Rude service the lady making my order just threw it together as fast as possible when there was nobody else in line with wrong things I didn't order also not doing double portions that I asked for then tried charging me for what I asked for needless to say I'll be going to other locations after that

This location is super skimpy with their portions. Usually a burrito is about the size of a nerf football, but from this location is little bigger than a baseball. Go to Kent, Hudson or Cuyahoga Falls instead.

Couple things. I was getting ready to eat my food and I thought it would be a good idea to take off my mask. Someone making food in the back screamed at me in front of everyone in the restaurant to put my mask on. Last time I checked I can’t eat a chipotle bowl with a mask on. It was excessive and unnecessary. Also, they didn’t give us everything we asked for.

Food was fresh;
However, I had to request for a fresh wipe down of the prep counter and often replacement of gloves worn after cleaning, then returning to serve, as bowls were made. If food falls on the counter, I do not want it inside my bowl, or the serving trays.

The Stow location of Chipotle is overall an accessible location for individuals with disabilities! There are two handicap parking spots right in front. However one of the spots is shared with the store next door. There is a curb ramp for wheelchair accessibility right in front of the front entrance, which is pictured below. During lunch and dinner rushes, the Chipotle gets very loud, making it somewhat of a challenge to hear the employees while ordering. The employees are very understanding, using non-verbal gestures whenever necessary. This location also has a lower shelf of chips by the register, to help employees who are unable to reach the upper shelf. Overall, the employees are very patient and kind to all customers, therefore making this location very comfortable and accepting!

I frequent this location! You know sometimes things can get crazy and no one is perfect, but this team goes above and beyond to make it right! One experience we were missing food from our doordash order and the team fixed it, even though come to find out that our order didn't even come from this location! Wow! This week I picked up my dinner on my break and the positivity, and friendliness the team showed was amazing! I know it can be hard but keep up the great work!

Extremely rude and poor quality, not to mention our bowls were barely 1/4 of the way filled. Worst experience I’ve had with take out food. Will never come back. The lady serving us was extremely rude and full of attitude to my poor mother when my mother did nothing wrong. The lady messed up on my mother’s order because she was socializing and continued to be intimidating and rude when my mother asked for what she actually ordered in the first place! I am appalled by how horrendous our experience.

They haven't always been the greatest, but this store is a shining example of how to run a Chipotle during COVID. And they still remember our order when we walk in the door! The Gallant to the Kent Chipotle's Goofus.

I’m not sure what the deal is with this location and the quesadillas LOL. I asked for a quesadilla and the girl working the line said “I can’t make quesadillas” and then I asked again because surely she misunderstood me. She then says “we don’t have the button for it. ” Like what? I then told her I order cheese quesadillas all the time from the portage crossing location and she just says “you can order one online and we will make it. ” I just. I.what? I just waited in line to order, and I was not about to wait longer for an online order. I have learned the hard way from past experiences with chipotle that online orders can take 2 hours.anywho. I then asked if she could just make a kids quesadilla (even though this is the size of a chip and not enough to fill up a child, but I had no other options) and she said yeah I can do that. And the quality of the food that went onto my burrito was just not it. Chipotle has been struggling and it hurts my soul.
