Chipotle Mexican Grill, Loveland OH

2/1/23 at approximately 1pm. Served under cooked chicken, I got double chicken and probably had to pick out half to not eat. Service was slow for only having two people in line. The “manager” that was working the register didn’t say a single word while I checked out. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the kid working the line was friendly and made my bowl perfectly to order (besides the undercooked chicken that he likely did not cook).

I used to work at this location, when it first opened. It was wonderful! Now, it’s just…. Not good. The employees are suuuper rude, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing, they’re always confused, and the food is somehow always subpar. When I opened to-go quesadilla at home, all the cheese had spilled out and there was no cheese in the quesadilla itself. Whenever we get lettuce, they add 3-4 leaves and glare at you if you ask for more. And of course, the food is never prepared correctly. Rice is undercooked, steak is overcooked, etc.

Chipotle, I know this branch had staffing issues. I’m glad its getting resolved now, but PLEASE, train your staff! Bring in someone from another store if necessary! That’s what we used to do!

BY FAR the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Inconsistent hours, terrible service and poor quality food. NEVER get a togo order from this location; I’ve never received what I’ve asked for/payed for. Total rip off. The only consistent thing about this location is their atrocious customer service. I hope these employees receive the minimum wage pay they deserve. You all have definitely lost a customer!

Terrible location. Closed during open hours on multiple visits. When tried to make a simple call to see if they were, in fact, open was routed to offshore customer service who has no ability to determine if location is open. Go to harpers point Currito. Will always be there when you expect them to be.

Consistently bad service from this Chipotle. Only reason I go to this one is the proximity to my house. Always short staffed. Sometimes even closed during normal hours. One of the “Gen Z” register girls is extremely slow at her job. She has no sense of urgency.
The General Manager and/or franchise owner is the person who should be held accountable for the lack of good service. Please take notice!

Nice food but staff are rude as hell, talk about non union ;) I get it though must suck to deal with other rude people all day and being paid minimum for it lol

This branch is the worst. Tiny portions of everything and at my last visit they ran out of rice. Well, not really, they had plenty for mobile orders but that was somehow unreachable via some kind of force field. How do you "run out" of rice? Do the world a favor and turn this place into a Subway.

Frequently closed during dinner hours. I've made multiple online orders (that were processed and paid) where I show up and the doors are locked. It's frequent enough that you should just avoid this location altogether and drive to Fields Ertel or Miami Township. Hope management can turn things around.

Went there today. A few people were waiting outside all wondering why the doors were locked. An employee finally came out to put out trash cans. We asked what was going on. He said "we don't open until 1045". It was 1pm. I know places are desperate for employees but maybe you should make sure in the interview that they can read numbers. Embarrassing.

Management at this location should be let go immediately. Just read the last 40+ reviews. This whole strip of road right off of 2-75 is an embarrassment to Loveland.

People of Loveland if you want this to stop happening you have to do something. This store will close very soon, and the management at this store will look for more management positions in Loveland. We can’t let that happen. I strongly suggest getting the names of all members of management at this location and making sure your employers and surrounding employers understand what has happened to this once functional store. This is how we stop this from continuing to happen.

The seasoning was so strong I could not eat my meal. I got steak and I got exactly 4 small pieces… I will not be coming back to this location.

They are never open. It says they are open then you drive there and they are not same with Milford location. Someone needs to better communicate if they really open and closed. Ive been driving around for 45 mins

By far the most awful Chipotle location I've stepped in. Cold food, lack of portions, and just awful customer service. Do yourself a favor and travel to a different location. Don't give this location multiple chances like I have. Hopefully the management can change this.

Last week the store is only taking online orders. Today i put in an online order. They charged my card and i shop ip to a stores temporarily closed sign on the door. Now you cant even get ahold of anyone to get a refund. This store is robbing peolle

Used to go to this location all the time, but every time I go there now it closes three hours early. Giving up and never going here again. Poor management at this location

This is the worst location. They take my $ for an online order that I expect to feed my family with and are closed at 4: 30 on a Sunday.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in the other day to place an order, and was greeted by rude management staff. Yelling online orders only! She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me, or give me an explanation as to why. I’m completely OK with ordering online, but the lack of customer service was astonishing considering you’re in a front facing customer service roll. Looks like location also has issues with store hours. I will not be returning to this location.save yourself some time and headache and head to Milford location or Fields Ertl.
